I ordered a pizza and it way too much cheese on the pizza. We complained to them about it and they didn’t give us store credit.

Waited 20+ minutes past scheduled pickup time to get order. While waiting, person attempted to get an order refunded & employee was either unable to do it or just unwilling to do so & walked away to the back in a fuss. Once I got the pizza home, it wasn't fully cut & basically had to tear the slices apart. Not worth it, even with the carryout promo added.
Placed an order on the Pizza Hut website for delivery. My order was for a large stuffed crust pizza and 16 wings deal. I received a call from a door dash delivery driver advising me that they didn’t have the wings. I tried calling the store to cancel my order as if I would have been advised they didn’t not have wings, I would have cancelled the order. Pizza Hut told the driver to deliver the pizza anyways. The driver then arrived and delivered a pizza and no wings. I then tried calling the store again, with no answer so decided to drive up to the store to return the pizza and get my money back given that I did not receive all items. There was 2 ladies working. Once lady was extremely rude. She came to the register and I said I would like to cancel my order given that I did not receive all my food items that I paid for. She advised me that “she’s too busy to deal with this” all angry. I told her if they reached out prior to making the pizza to advise me wings weren’t available I would have requested they cancel the order. I asked again to be refunded. She then started waving her hands in the air, and said in front of numerous other customer “I DONT CARE” as she walked away from the counter. I believe her name was Madilynn as that is the name on my original receipt. Another lady came to the register, her name was Rebecca. She was successfully able to refund me my order in a kind way. The lack of customer service from the girl prior to Rebecca was completely uncalled for, rude, and could not believe I was spoken to in this manner. If an order is placed and you are unable to fulfill the order, the correct way to approach this would be to contact the customer and advise them, ask if they still just wanted the pizza and offer some type of credit back. Absolutely unacceptable and will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. I hope “Madilynn” gets addressed for her lack of customer service. If this is what Pizza Hut considers the face of their store, you will lose far many more customers as that was completely unacceptable and rude.

Ordered online at 11:32 am, 2.5 hours later I’m still waiting, no call, no email, no update…I call the store and was told, “we are out of dough and only one oven working and we can’t make your order so it’s canceled”. I asked why no one called, she said, “you should have got an email it was canceled”. While on the phone with her I checked my email and no update was sent, she said, “this isn’t even my store, I don’t know, an email should have been sent to you”. I asked if the order was refunded, she said, “yes, it should be”. How do you run out of dough if that’s your business…ok…maybe, I give you that one, but what about letting someone know so they can place an order elsewhere? Very disappointed with all this technology you can’t tell someone. Stores have bad days, I get it…but a manager should direct staff what to do and if you are out of dough, maybe don’t take online orders?

Delivery order through the website gets transferred to a DoorDash pickup. Didn’t receive an entire Large Pizza that I ordered. I called the store & nothing but automated messages. After finally getting through to an actual person I was asked to “be put on hold for support.” Shocker….. left on hold with no answer & no compensation for an entire missing pizza.

After having order food from the one time my card information was stolen and a $71 charge was added as a tip. My bank has removed the money but still disappointed that this would happen and no one questioned a $71 tip for a $32 order.

They sent 5 doordashers to get my food and didn't call me to tell me the order was cancelled, but they confirmed on their end that the order was picked up I lost 8.50 and waited 2 hrs for food that never came, when I called the store they refused to answer so I called doordasher #5 to ask what's the issue with the order he tells me the manager there has something wrong with him maybe drugs, they also charged doordasher #5 8dollars out of their account which I've never heard of before.. and I assume the other 4 doordashers were ripped off as well this pizza Hut ripped off 6 people total of 8 dollars each they should be thoroughly investigated. That is fraud.

They cancelled a delivery and didn't even bother to send out any sort of notification indicating that. Their website even had the order as ongoing until I finally called and they decided to let me know

Ordered on app, waited. 30 mins past estimated delivery I looked at tracker. Order cancelled? Called . Your order is on its way 10 mins. 20 mins later called again. Order is on its way I don’t know when then hung up… now they put me on a permanent hold trying to get my money back?….

I placed my order in the app. I decided that I needed to add to my order so I called the store. I was on hold for over 47 minutes. My unedited order was delivered while I was on hold and I was never able to add to it. After my food arrived somebody finally answered the phone when I questioned them as to why I was on hold for so long. He let me know that he was the only person that worked there and that he was busy.
Unfortunately, my food was also not prepared correctly. The cheese bread had burned garlic on it and the pizza itself was oversauced. I selected the regular sauce option. Not a good experience and no one there seems worried about that.

Customer Service is non-existent. I placed an order for delivery for some residents at where I work. When the order was 45 minutes late I called to check on the order. I was told that the order was canceled. I asked to speak to someone to find out why the order was canceled. I was put on hold to talk to someone. No one ever answers. I did the five times and then I gave up.
