I always place online orders through door dash. But every time I have to pick my order up, it's always tedious. They will not acknowledge you or ask if you need help with anything. Instead, they will ignore you until you say something and when you say something, they get an attitude about it; every time. Today I placed my order, I went in. When I got in, there were several customers in the store. I also couldn't help but to notice that she was sealing my drink and putting it into the fridge. My knee jerk reaction was to say something but I thought I should be patient, as there are others ahead of me. So I stood back and waited. After all the customers were helped, I approached the counter where you pick up. Nobody would acknowledge me. I waited a little longer. As I'm Waiting new customers were coming into the store. They took 3 new orders and still no acknowledgment, nobody asking me if I need help. So then I started to go to the register. As I am approaching the register, this woman is nearby so I grabbed her attention. I said excuse me and hi, I have an online order for door dash. She ask what the name was and I told her. My drink is in the cooler, literally right behind her, less than a foot away. She walks all the way to the back instead of just turning around and handing my drink, this didn't even get upset until after the fact when I replayed this encounter in my head. What irritates me is when she comes from the back, I point at my drink and I say it's right there, she puts on a condensing attitude, stops in place and says, I was getting it, I was helping a customer. First of all you walked to the back, you weren't helping a customer. Secondly I am a customer who was here before these customers who are currently in the store. This drink was made when I got there, I chose to be patient, y'all never acknowledged me, even though I never went to the register and was occupying the pick-up counter. Nobody ask me if I needed anything and when I finally speak up and say something, instead of just handing my drink to me that directly behind you, you walked 20 feet away. Came back and because I point to where my drink is, you give me an attitude? Considering you walked away from where my drink was, to me, I'm only trying to be helpful pointing out that my drink right behind you. No attitude needed. Can we make it so that the staff members are acknowledging the customers who come into the store and not only the people going to the register?

Do not recommend going here. Place is very dirty. Stuff splattered everywhere, food and drinks spilled on the floors, rude employees. Not a friendly atmosphere at all. Will not be a customer any longer. Came to this location since brooklyn was so bad. Figured parma had to be better. And no turned out to be worse. All locations seem to be pretty disgusting with rude employees. Dont see how this place is still even open.

Ridiculous employee who wouldn’t accept a coupon I received in the mail for pulp because it’s not “their location” like they don’t all make the same smoothies with the same prices. They’ve been accepting all coupons I take in without inspecting them for years and now this new blonde wants to investigate it as if Pulp’s profit margins are in her best interest for her life and career - get a grip.

I ordered my favorite mango tango, and the chicken cesar wrap. It tasted pretty okay, but after an hour or so I started not feeling so well so I took a nap. I woke up from the nap with a fever and horrible stomach problems.
Went to the ER and they told me I have Food poisoning. I called Pulp to let them know they should throw away the rest of the ingredients for the cesar wrap bc I have food poisoning from it and she said "oh okay"

My wife and I have come to this location many times and the smoothies are always great. I have picked up a Pink Dragon smoothie many times and have had no problems. The drinks and food is fresh and of great quality. If you are looking for a healthy alternative to fast food- this would be a good option because of the variety that they have here.
