Absolute 100% customer service, the most friendly and amazing staff! They took my order and my smoothie was absolutely fantastic, Also might add that they just closed yet they still prioritize getting me serviced!!!! So kind!!!

Place was quite busy that morning, the young lady working there stayed calm and organized, served each guest with a smile. My Protein Packer smoothie was delicious as always.

Ridiculous employee who wouldn’t accept a coupon I received in the mail for pulp because it’s not “their location” like they don’t all make the same smoothies with the same prices. They’ve been accepting all coupons I take in without inspecting them for years and now this new blonde wants to investigate it as if Pulp’s profit margins are in her best interest for her life and career - get a grip.

I ordered my favorite mango tango, and the chicken cesar wrap. It tasted pretty okay, but after an hour or so I started not feeling so well so I took a nap. I woke up from the nap with a fever and horrible stomach problems.
Went to the ER and they told me I have Food poisoning. I called Pulp to let them know they should throw away the rest of the ingredients for the cesar wrap bc I have food poisoning from it and she said "oh okay"
Good smoothies, bad wraps.

My wife and I have come to this location many times and the smoothies are always great. I have picked up a Pink Dragon smoothie many times and have had no problems. The drinks and food is fresh and of great quality. If you are looking for a healthy alternative to fast food- this would be a good option because of the variety that they have here.

I have a health problem where I can’t have certain ingredients. When I asked the person if a certain smoothie has a certain ingredient I can’t have. She asked her co-worker and laughed when she asked her. Certain workers here are unprofessional and they need to have respect for health. Their behavior was childish and rude.

I love pulp and usually go to the Macedonia location. I order the same thing and it’s never come out like this location. First, I ordered a 24oz pink dragon smoothie with a can of Red Bull to be added. She makes the drink and I watch her fill my cup and dump almost another cup’s worth down the drain. I confront her and she said, no that was all of it, she didn’t dump any. It’s always had to be put into a bigger cup because of adding a can of redbull. Simple math will tell you it won’t fit in the same size cup.
Second, there were computer issues. My drink sat in the back melting further while they attempted to fix the problem.

They cancelled my order and didn't contact as to why.

Place to order today at about 7:15 am so it would be ready between 7:25- 7:35 its 7:40 ........and they're still not open. Thankfully doordash was able to refund my money quickly.... they need to change their hours or hire people that will actually show up for work
