I have been coming to this red lobster sense I was little I came in at 6 I got seated right away and we were just sitting and chatting me and my sister but we are on the younger side it was my sister 20th birthday and we were waiting on my mom and 2 others so as we are waiting a hour went by we haven’t got food and soon as I said something they brung the food out just for it to cold and I was like are they not giving us our food because we are waiting on my mom or what I felt like she may have thought we were gonna dine and dad

The Red Lobster in Parma has disappointedly declined. I don’t know if there is a change in management, but within a year time I noticed a declined in: dining room maintenance, lacking kitchen staff, and little enforcement providing excellent service.
On November 11th, my husband and I went for dinner on Veterans Day. We awaited for the host about 10 mins and no other staff members greeted us in that time. We noticed the half-washed silverware with food particles, being rolled at the host station. When the Hostest arrived, she seemed pleasant and she sat us. Our server, Karisha was accommodating, pleasant, attentive, friendly and polite. As we sat, I noticed blown out light bulbs over some tables. I went to the restroom and there was a “red lobster” apron on the sink and I believe the owner of the apron walked out the stall and there was no hand washing before they walked out the door. My mocktail arrived from the bar, and the menu read that it’s dressed with “basil or mint”, it didn’t have it. The signature biscuits looked like too much water was added to them, because they were smooth and browned like rolls. The staff seem defeated and deflated because of the lack of motivation from the bar, kitchen, and management to provide the standard service and experience. I also noticed a man that had a “white and red hearts” sweater and purse that frequented the dining room and walked to the kitchen. I assumed the “heart-sweater” person may have been management because he didn’t have on a uniform but walked throughout the back rooms, but haven’t checked in with dining guests to survey our experience.
I overheard the lack of motivation is partly from some Servers not receiving adequate tips.
I hope this is not the “point-of-no-return” for this Red Lobster location. I really enjoy visiting and it gives me so much nostalgia.
This location may need a fresh, enthusiastic, friendly, organized, energetic, seasoned new Store Manager. A new (or retrained) Store Manager may give this Parma location a lift it desperately need.

Walts shrimp was soggy when we got it asked for loaded baked potatoe got regular the tea had a bad after taste like the bags or concéntrate was sitting and old, the broccli was soggy and dripping with water asked for the steak medium it was over cooked and dry the pasta had 2 pieces of shrimp in it and the noodles were under cooked the crab legs were tiny even for snow crab and hard the building its self smelled like it could have the carpet deep cleaned from the smell of old mop water
