We ordered the pick 3 special (choose 3 lobsters and 2 orders of crab legs plus the add on 1/2 pound. Thr crab legs were horrible. Extremely small and lots of random pieces vs the usual crab legs and full clusters. The server was below average and not attentive. I have had good experiences at other locations before but this was by far below any other experience. Not worth the nearly $200 tab.

Came in to the restaurant had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to even come to hostess stand. I arrive around 9:30pm on a saturday night location doesnt close till 11pm. Every other time I go its usually busy on saturday it was completely dead when we finally got a table I had to wait another 10 minutes for a server to come to the table.It was only two servers on at the time our server was waiting on about 8 tables out of those 10 tables. Server finally came to table to take our order for drinks and appetizers.Never got any biscuits because server said the oven was turned off at the time and it was about an hour before closing time.She offered the to go biscuit but said they were not fully cook because the were to go biscuits. Order two margaritas one watermelon one strawberry Margarita taste like salt water and tequila with no taste of any type of fruit.Drink was terrible.While eating our appetizers a MOUSE ran across the floor let the server know what we seen they moved our table to the front from back of the restaurant soon as we moved we sat down not even a minute later we seen another mouse in the front of the restaurant we ended up leaving and not ordering any food.The workers walked around like they just did not care about a MOUSE running around they was trying to keep it discreet while moving us. I will never go back to this location which sucks because Red lobster is was one of my favorite restaurants. We will definitely not be back to this location. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Arrived at Red Lobster around 4:05pm and we’re the only ones in the waiting area and we’re told it would be a 15 minute wait and after a 25 minute wait we were told it would be another 5 minutes, needless to say we left and went elsewhere. If they were that busy the parking lot did not reflect a crowd unless they came by bus!

This was a first time experience trying red lobster for my wife soon as we walk-in were told there was a 45 no problem we waited they seated us 2 hours after, we had our 2 year old with us which was getting impatient when we were getting seated there were at least 10+ booths open we then sat for another 30 min my baby is now starving screaming from waiting because hes hungry i could've at least gave him an appetizer to start with but still no waitress no drinks although there were 2 walking back and forth and didnt bother to ask us for our order 1 of them was the waitress for the section the people arriving after us were almost immediately seated and given drinks right after being seated my wife walked up to the host to ask to speak with the manager and asked who was the waitress for the section as nobody bothered to take our order he said he would send them asap the same waitress appeared right after claiming there was a mixup with the tables even though they both passed by us severel times and saw us we said it was very unprofessional and disrespectful of both of them they could have at least had the courtesy to ask if we needed anything or if someone came over specially when you cant miss us with a baby screaming at the top of his lungs she didnt even attempt to take our order just a sorry so we then grabbed our things and left.

Did a door dash for dinner this evening. Just recieved it. Pasta cold, lobster and shrimp in pasta hard as rock, calamari cold and chewy and no dips for them. My daughters shrimp hard as rock and mashed inedible. Spent a lot on this and get inedible food. Never again. I am bedridden from illness and ordered

So I was told to reach out to you via private message on your Facebook page and nothing has been resolved! Again horrible experience. Your company is terrible. I spend over $70.00 on food that was inedible and nothing has been done. Stay away from this establishment

Ok so the red lobster corporate emails me two e certificates. Can only use one per online order so when I order dinner for last night I had to still pay an extra $30.00. So order showed not delivered yet as I had put in for it to be delivered at 5:30. It said if issue call that red lobster. Spoke with manager Stacey who was not pleasant at all. Said it was out of there control but that order was being packed up at that time. Order arrives at 5:40. I ordered make your own feast with crab legs and lobster tail with shrimp
Alfredo and baked potatoes and grilled shrimp. I also order additional lobster tail and additional order of snow crab legs. We only recieved three little crab legs with a blue rubber band on them. I tried to call up there with no luck reaching anyone. I am finished with this Parma location. That’s two orders messed up and more money I spent. Again stay away from this location. Makes me understand why they are all shutting down.

Came here for a lunch date with my wife. We were sat right away and then waited 20 minutes before leaving without any service or even a greeting at the table. It wasn’t very busy, and there were at least 4 servers that walked right past our table. What a crappy experience!

The waitress was very patient. We had a party of 12. Went on Christmas Day and the food could have been better. Everything wasn't perfect, but it was okay. Drinks at bar were good. They don't need to serve cold crab legs and cold lobsters though.

Food was good. Very busy for Christmas, so everything was a little slow...but to be expected. Crab legs were good and pasta dish for my husband was tasty.
