We always come to Rudy's the Saturday before Fat Tuesday. We arrive when they open at 8am and I am in and out in under an hour. For the 1st hour, they only had 2 people checking people out. The line wasn't moving at all.. Normally they have 4 or 5 people checking out and the line moves much faster. I am visiting Cleveland from Indiana and saw Rudy’s as a local recommendation on Reddit. The only paczki I have ever had are from Meijer and these were stellar! I got 1 dozen of assorted sweet paczki, 1 savory, and 1 dozen pierogi. My total was around $55. No comment on the pierogi because I haven’t tried them but both the sweet and savory paczki were superb. Wait time was about 30 minutes but it is their busy season and they were only out of one flavor out of their many choices.
