Ive had them quiet a bit over the past two years and I’ve yet to receive an order that was correct. I’ve probably gotten over 100 bucks in credits on door dash from them forgetting items. The food is delicious and it’s always on point but I’ve never once gotten my complete order. Clearly they just have lazy good for nothing employees who probably think they're worth more than what they’re paid but they’re not they’re worth far less.

Wonderful place to go if you’re looking for bland food and even worse attitudes. We went at 6:00 pm on Saturday, Nov 15. We were excited to try it since we haven’t had sonic in years and honestly, we’re not coming back. The lady taking our order was very abrasive and rude when we were trying to order, consistently interrupting us and acting like we weren’t worth the time. After we ordered, the order screen’s card reader was broken and instead of letting us know that during the order, she waited until she stormed out to us, we try to explain that we don’t understand why it’s not taking the card and she cuts us off to give us our total, then saying “it don’t work, then our total again with major attitude. The food was then handed out to us and as soon as she gave it to us she left with nothing else to say. The food was cold: burgers were bland, fries were stale, and the milkshakes were melted and looked nothing like how they were depicted. The cold breeze was more pleasant than the experience tonight. I understand how rough a day can be working food service, but that gives no one the right to treat customers, who mind you paid over $50 for a meal, like they aren’t worth simple respect. 0/10 service, 0/10 food quality.

I went to here at 6 :50 Eastern standard Time waiting in line for over 2 hours just to get a shake. They were not answering the order and screen and they were extremely slow

Waited 20 minutes for 3 cars ahead of me in the drive-through, got to the speaker and was told to wait. After waiting for 30 minutes at the drive-through speaker with no response from anyone we pulled up to the window and waiting for an additional 10 until someone came to the window. We told them we had pickup orders and they very rudely made our order and handed it to us. At this point we had been in the drive-through for close to an hour and they didn’t even apologize for the god awful service. No explanation for the wait or anything. As someone who has worked in several sales and customer facing jobs I can safely say that this may be the worst experience I’ve ever had in a customer service situation. Ever. After all this, the drinks they gave us were wrong. Never coming back. Please do not give this place your business.

Back in the day I had a lot of nostalgia from when my dad would take me and my family here. I remember lots of good food, friendly service, and overall good memories. The place look pretty, but that's the only thing good about this place. We order chicken tenders, croissant bites, and a strawberry cooler. The chicken tenders were tiny, they were the size of one and a half McDonald's nuggets. And the croissant bites were undercooked. The cooler was good, but it's kind of hard to mess up ice cream. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Would not recommend coming here.

I don't know why I do this to myself. I have boycotted this location for a few years. I finally decided to order again. I ordered delivery so wasn't expecting hot food and was ok with that. That wasn't even the issue. My order was missing the sonic burger, mozzarella sticks, cheese sauce for the pretzel, and I got Dr pepper when I ordered diet coke. The kids chicken fingers tasted and looked like they were cooked this morning and held under the heat lamp all day. I luckily got my money back. Do yourself a favor and stop going to this place. I don't understand how it's still open. I told my family if I ever mention going here again to remind me that I have it permanently banned.

Food was mediocre, employees were lazily stapled together spare body parts from the local graveyard and the place always has a line while frankensteins monster crew in there has a that 70's show style hotbox in the back room instead of working.
