Do NOT book for an event. Service was slow, and people were very rude. The only reason this isn’t a one star review is because the food was decent.

Not wise to book this truck for your event. We had an awful experience with them. They served us raw chicken, refused to recook or refund the money and were kicked out of the venue for cussing at customers and the scene that was created.

The food truck was at Crooked Pecker last night. Had the Red and the Alfredo sauce. The staff was friendly and I will be a repeat customer.

Awful. Don't waste your time. Food will be cold, they will take 3 times as long as they quote you to make anything, and their $8 "lemonade" is a full cup of sugar, half a partially squeezed lemon, and a cup and a half of water. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE SCAM ARTISTS

Very good chicken parm sandwich and super friendly service. Meatball sub looked top notch too. Would do it again next time the truck is in the neighborhood.

Woman in the tood trailer is rude, foul mouthed and not customer friendly at all. We ordered over $65 worth of food and didn't receive half of it because they ran out of food!!!! Then refused to refund the money for the food they didn't have because she would still be charged fees. Fees are tax deductible, you can claim them on your taxes. It is the cost of doing business, especialy when you run out of the food you already charged for. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE business practices. Next she will charge a "fee" for containers, napkins, and a positive additude. So petty! Complain a little louder next time! I hope you get the same treatment wherever you shop.

Their foodtruck came to our neighbhorhood for our foodtruck night. They did not come early enough to set up & prep in time for the large amount of orders from the homeowners. They were concered they wouldn't have enough orders to justify coming to our allotment. I ordered early just after 5 and it took an hour and 20 minutes to get my food. Granted my food was ok but I didn't need to hear the owner lady arguing with the other lady (mom?) inside the truck while prepping the food nor did I want to hear her complain about the other customers. It got so bad I told her to stop complaining and we didn't need to hear it. This is supposed to be a business not a complaining food stand. They kept telling customers it will be 30 minutes which was a lie & the wait got longer and longer eventually for over a 2 hour wait!. Seriously a 2 hour wait! I will never recommend your truck again!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS! I don't think they provide good service nor treat their customers well.

**I was at the same Briarwood event as Dave O. and also attest to Briarwood management stepping in to apologize for the unacceptable food and behavior from Soprano's. They were asked to leave the event.**I DID actually wait 50 minutes for 2 parm sandwiches, wings and fries. $42! On my 3rd visit up to the window to check if our food was ready, I was told my food had been given to "people who were impatient and couldn't wait" during the hour. They scrambled to put my order together and the parm sandwiches were raw inside. I brought them back up to the counter but there was already a crowd of people bringing more raw food up to the window. She refused to temp anything or provide any refunds to anyone. She claimed everyone was "drunk" and was cussing at everyone, claiming disrespect. I was told I was "acting b**chy" toward the end of my 50-min wait. She was cussing at everyone, claiming she's "only one person" and blaming operation failures on the crowd. People were in tears. No joke. Everyone wanted their money back for the inedible food and the owner laughed and said "Good luck! Go ahead and call - you're not getting your money back. I'm the owner!"Look at the other reviews. There's a pattern. Not only was the behavior from the self-claimed female owner unacceptable and offensive, but to not provide refunds for raw chicken and inedible food is criminal.

The food was fine, typical Italian food I had chicken parm. My biggest complaint was the wait. We waited over an hour for our food. We were at a vineyard and ordered right away we were told 15mins after a wait of 35 we approached them to ask how our food was doing. We were told they had a lot of orders come in. They said ours would be out really soon. After another 30mins we stood at the counter and asked about our food again and again, until we saw them start our food. Then watched them scramble as they prepared our food at that moment with no apology or attempt to right a wrong.

I recently had the pleasure of trying a meatball Italian sub from this food truck, and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious. The sandwich was a perfect combination of tender, juicy meatballs, rich tomato sauce, and melted cheese. I even tried one of their banana pudding jars ,and I have to say it was the perfect sized portion desert and the texture of pudding was amazing. I spoke to my factory manager about Sopranos and I hope they will come back , both me and my co-workers enjoyed the quick speedy service and quality of food.
