i’m a partner, i love basically everyone here but the past two times I came in to pick up product and today just as a customer, Nick was EXTREMELY rude. He seemed newer so i tried to give him benefit of the doubt the first time when i came to grab items and was immediately dismissive towards me assuming i was a customer and then was a LITTLE bit nicer when he realized i was a partner and when i came in today as a customer he was so rude to my mom, she asked for an extra cup because the lids pop off sometimes and he was so mean about it and slammed the window with out saying anything after handing out the cup. He even questioned me being a partner when i told him I had numbers for a discount??? as in “YOURE a partner?” I love everyone there, but he was one of the most entitled and rude people I have ever met

Honestly, everything here is great! The team members are courteous, friendly and fast. Sometimes too fast. My wife's turkey cheese English muffin was still frozen. Everything else was perfect, but might have rushed taking that item out of the oven.

I accidentally pick up a mug and fell got broken. The box opened from the bottom making the mug fall. Most staff was nice about while I was so embarrassed. Just one girl at the register treated me rude. I dont know if she was just having a bad day or was bothered with me. I felt with this interaction really bad and ashamed. I did bought a mug as a gift. Other was a great location , conveniently off 80.

Wow has the business gone downhill, $15 for 2 coffees and no place to sit and enjoy them. Back to McDonald's. Coffee tasted burt and like the heads haven't been cleaned in a while.
Edit:Second time the iced coffee was significantly better.

Ordering from this Starbucks can be a bit of a gamble. You either get a perfectly delicious drink or one that tastes completely off. I usually order the Strawberry Lemonade Açaí, and there have been times when it’s made so watery that it tastes like melted ice at the bottom of an empty cup. It was so bad once that I had to contact customer service for a refund.
If I have the time, I’ll go to the Tiedeman location, but since this one is so close, I still take the chance. Most of the time it’s fine, but every now and then, I end up reminding myself that I knew better.
This place sucks. We used to go here all the time and now it’s awful, they don’t stay open until 10 like they’re supposed to especially on the mobile ordering app. And they tend to get drinks wrong all of the time. This place is tiring always out of everything. Don’t go here if you actually want value to the money you pay, or the time you take to go out of your way just to order from here.

Walked in and walked out :/ Used to go to this location for years when I lived closer. Had no idea they got rid of the dining area. Did nobody tell them Covid is over? At least we can still enjoy the nostalgia of sitting in a drive-through line around back 🙄. I will not be back.

I almost always get the same basic order so I cant speak to that aspect but I can day that they are consistent at this store which I appreciate. Breakfast sandwich always looks sloppy and sad though despite tasting fine so cant give 5 stars.
