I almost always get the same basic order so I cant speak to that aspect but I can day that they are consistent at this store which I appreciate. Breakfast sandwich always looks sloppy and sad though despite tasting fine so cant give 5 stars.

My drink was good and staff was kind, but this was altogether a clunky and time-consuming experience.
My app alerted me my drink was ready, but there was no sign of my order on the status screen they have. I had to ask for my drink twice while it sat in the back.

Starbucks pick locations should not take off. This is a terrible idea. The entire point t of starbuck is a place to grab a drink and sit down a d enjoy it. By getting rid of the seating it feels extra corporate. Product is still fine. But I can get as good or better coffee at a small coffee shop with atmosphere
I had a rough day, and while ordering at Starbucks, I became emotional. A kind worker noticed I was upset and generously made my drink on the house. Another thoughtful employee surprised me with cake pops. When my drink was ready, the original worker wished me a better day. Their kindness truly brightened my day, and I can’t stop thinking about it. Made heading to work after a hard day less dreadful

It’s taken me years to write a review for this location because it’s the one I used to go to most, but over the years their customer service as well as their product has dwindled. They get my order wrong 80% of the time. I understand they’re busy but it’s extremely frustrating when I’m not only stuck waiting for my coffee, but then get something I didn’t order? My standard is usually just espresso and milk— no sweetener, no frills. Yet, somehow, I usually end up with a drink that has sweetener or the wrong milk. So then I’m stuck pulling back into the parking lot, parking, and waiting inside for a new order. I used to come to this location daily years ago, but receiving the wrong order constantly deterred me from giving them my business. I tried it again about a month ago and it was good two times in a row but the last couple of times it’s been wrong the same way and wastes time during my morning commute. I don’t know if it’s lack of training for the baristas? Some of them seem really nice and are quick to rectify an order. Some, on the other hand, seem to care less. I will continue patronizing other Starbucks locations that aren’t this one.
