I have just finished what might have been the best croissant and pumpkin chai latte in the whole wide world. Towards the end of my shopping at Target, I realized I had not eaten at all today, and it's nearly 6pm. Whoops. 🙃 So I stopped by Starbucks to tide me over until dinner. Man, after that croissant, I might not even be hungry for dinner! I was very out-of-it when placing my order (hunger brain) but the lovely cashier (I think her name was Hailey?) was so patient with me. She and the other young woman working there were so kind and helpful, and I think they are actual Sirens just like the Starbucks mascot. Except instead of luring me into the sea with their songs, they will keep luring me back to this Starbucks to get more and more of their fantastic food and drinks.

At this Starbucks location ‘Carmi’ was very disrespectful to my family and I. We ordered 2 Refresher drinks and 2 Frappes. She had a very stank attitude and looked so annoyed with us when we first started ordering our drinks. She started slamming around the blenders getting extremely frustrated & rolled her eyes at us b cause we KINDLY asked for a larger cup of ice. At the end of the day me and my family are BEYOND disappointed with the customer service we received. We will never be visiting this Starbucks again. It is not our fault you’re unhappy with your job ‘Carmi’, you should never be rude to your customers. We’re extremely disappointed.

I am a bit shocked. as I walked away sipping on my Cafe Mocha, someone walks up to the Starbucks employees. It's someone with Dunkin Doughnuts coffees.So as someone that always picked Starbucks over Dunkin Doughnuts until I moved a year ago and Dunkin was at the top of my street, I caught myself getting Dunken more and more often.So after seeing even your own employees enjoy some Dunkin, their competitors taste of coffees better. Well why would the average coffee lover?This is where Dunkin won me completely over and Starbucks has earned their last $5.55. It's over Starbucks, I have to leave you now. I'm seeing someone else. Also I love them.

Sunday morning October 20th, girl working the register prioritized her friend’s order over the other 3 guests who were waiting for their order to be fulfilled. The other barrister was working diligently to fulfill our order. So cash register girl leaves to give special attention to her friends orders, so me and three other guests had to wait while two cold brew blender drinks were executed and handed to someone who was essentially fourth in the cue. Annoying.
