So I ordered online and it was for a future time ... like 45 min from the time I ordered. I get there and they tell me its going to be another 10 min and it ends up being like 20 more min. Should have just gone thru the drive thur. Why order online if they can not have it ready when you arrive .

Food was really good. Dining room was clean. Service was relatively fast. However the staff should really try and remember the dining room can hear their conversations. I could have done without the excessive profanity to tell coworkers a story.

Forgot my combo add ons it was supposed to come with fries, the burger was supposed to come with onion and pickles and I'm extremely upset it came plain when i asked for the add ons. Why is it so hard to put pickles on a darn sandwich? 😭

This was the worst burger I have had in my life!! I could squeeze grease with every bite. I had 3 bites. One from each side, and all were terrible!!! I went to a Stk & Shk restaurant aprx 5 yrs ago in Willowick it was delish!! I was so grossed out today! I could feel a heart attack waiting if I'd continued to eat that 🍔! I could not imagine anyone making it through that sandwich...ewww.
