1st Time here . The food was really good I love their burgers & Fries. The service was good . The food was hot & Fresh . I Didn’t have to wait very long 4 My food & They make it fresh when u Order it that’s what I like . The staff was very friendly .

This was the worst burger I have had in my life!! I could squeeze grease with every bite. I had 3 bites. One from each side, and all were terrible!!! I went to a Stk & Shk restaurant aprx 5 yrs ago in Willowick it was delish!! I was so grossed out today! I could feel a heart attack waiting if I'd continued to eat that 🍔! I could not imagine anyone making it through that sandwich...ewww.

The pandemic ruined this place. It was Steak 'n Shake it's 50s diner. It's now like something from the 21st century. No waitstaff, no counter. Order & Pay at a kiosk and walk to pickup your food when names called. Never again, prices have tripled. The menu is limited as well. 👎👎👎👎

I'm not sure i like it with orderingvit yourself. There is no room to relax to eat. Going out to eat is supposed to be relaxed, not doing it all yourself for most part, mine as well make your own food too.

Do not order anything from this location that requires any extra cost for customization. Three or four times including my most recent visit I’ve order the Bacon & Cheese steakburger only to receive a plain steakburger with no bacon despite the up-charge. Several toppings we pay extra for are always missing as well every visit.

I suppose the food is okay for the price point. It takes way too long to order from the do-it-yourself stands. My burger could have been hotter too.
Always satisfied, wish more of these were open. Delicious to say the least. You must go! Love the steak burgers with shoestring fries. And can't forget about a milkshake! They have a lot of flavors and some seasonal ones!
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu! It's great for the little ones and there menu is cute and interactive for the kiddos to draw on.

Ordered online and paid. Waited in the drive through. When I got to the window, there were 3 employees who ignored me for 3 minutes. I had to knock on the window to get their attention. They still ignored me. Finally the register lady asked for my name and slowly grabbed my food that was sitting there the entire time and handed it to me. Already pissed about the whole experience, they forgot 1 order of fries and lettuce and tomato on one of the hamburgers. One of the hamburgers that had lettuce, the lettuce was like mush and wilted. It was a horrible experience and we are never going back. Hope whoever reads this has an average experience like most other places, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
