This was the only subway I've gone to for years and its been 10/10 great service everytime but in the last few months I have been having only bad experiences. I always get the same thing from here and the last 2 times I went they put only 5 pieces of ham on the sandwich and i don't want to ask for more to get charged. It really sucks because I don't feel like I get enough for what im paying anymore. Unfortunately I don't think we'll be coming back

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY! Just a couple of kids high as a kite making sandwiches and not getting it right. I ordered two sandwiches from the app with different toppings and they switched the toppings. I brought it back and asked them to remake but they refused. Never coming here again

I went in and had to wait a couple of minutes until someone appeared. A woman with purple hair came out and started my order. She did not look like she wanted to be there or help. I asked for two sandwiches, and she I was upset because I kept asking for more vegetables on my sub. She was only giving me pinches of veggies and was upset every time. She was so upset she started to grab more, and i see it was upsetting her if you don't want to be there, don't work there. It's that simple. this on 11/8/25 around 10

Ordered 2 foot long lunchmeat combo subs, used a coupon and picked up. Very disappointed. The meat on the sub was cut paper thin and was only 2-3 slices layered. Couldn’t even taste meat. Then it’s given me the gift of diarrhea today. We’re tossing the 2nd half of our subs. Turned out spending $12.99 for what turned out being two six in subs was the worst deal in the city.

Tried the new chicken sandwich with the sauce. It was gross. The Italian sub was ok. Not very thick on the meat.
Placed an online order and my card was charged. I get there and they said they never got my order. They said nothing they can do besides pay again twice to receive one order or dispute my card lol. I’m done with subway.

I tired to call to have them correct the situation but they refuse to even answer the phone. I really dislike giving bad reviews especially because this was my favorite Subway.

Just moved to Parma. This might be the best Subway in NEO. The sub I just had was a Top 3 Subway Sub of all time. If you think all Subway tastes the same, you are wrong.
Savannah, the manager, was the one who handled my order. She was great. Give her a raise to keep her around. Here are the highlights:
- Portion sizes are great. Not skimped. A real sub. - My sub is layered and stacked like art. Most subway sandwiches are all over the place. This was handcrafted. - Fast service, in and out. Most sandwich artists can’t tell the lettuce from the tomatoes. - Friendly. Welcoming. Inviting. - Keep coupons on deck. Had an extra coupon for me to use on my sub meal. Making a return customer out of me. - Try to get return customers. Succeeded.
I’ll be back.
