If you want fast service this is definitely not the subway to choose

The bread was so rock hard you could not even eat your sandwich. I was already 20 minutes down the road I paid eight dollars and some change for a sandwich that had literally no chicken on the end of it where the bread was rock hard then the chicken inside the sandwich was so cold, even though it was toasted This sandwich is probably the worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Dennis, I’m standing there getting my sandwich made by a guy who said he couldn’t wait for the day to be over in 30 minutes. The other lady that was making another Customer sandwich. The lady had barely any teeth in her mouth. She was making this Customer sandwich and she put the wrong topping on. She put garlic instead of something else so instead of her remaking the sandwich, she literally picked the food off the top of the sandwich and threw it away and started it over with the toppings that is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in my life in the food industry. This place is trifling.

Came to order for takeout and they made us wait until they made all their doordash and mobile orders first when no one was there to pick them up. Absolutely absurd. I work fast food and in person guests are ALWAYS priority over a mobile that is not there to pick it up. Waste of time.

So this has to be the 5th Subway I’ve been to where they only have ONE person working making online orders and in store orders, and they say “oh I have three door dash orders ahead of you, and this person, so it’s gonna be a minute before I can get to you” this is bad for business. How do u expect to keep customers if you don’t hire any workers to help. I do not recommend anyone come to this location in particular, you will wait for your food.

Just got a sandwich there. Watched the person make 3 sandwiches and ring out the customers wearing the same gloves. Disgusting. Bread herbs and cheese is hard as a rock definitely not fresh. And it’s an almost $11 sandwich. Do better.

It's located in the gas station, only a few tables for dining-in, there was only one worker there so we waited awhile for our food and the food wasn't fresh, you could tell it's been sitting awhile. I don't see us ever ordering from this location again, so I wouldn't recommend it unless you are hungry late at night, they are open 24 hrs supposedly, but cannot confirm that.

Every single order we receive is wrong. If you order through the Subway app you do not get your money back for items not received. Will never order again and have money stolen for things paid for and not received!

Says 24hrs, employee tells me "I have to shut down in 3 minutes" what a terrible wasted trip. I drove 25 minutes out of my way after working a 14hr shift... I don't recommend EVER coming here again.....

I’ve ordered here before and never had an issue. This weekend I ordered a footlong turkey sub and a steak and cheese sub. The turkey sub had one slice on each side and the steak was ice cold hardly any meat. I asked for sauce to be on the side and nothing. I called and spoke to Jaylin he was rude as can be and said his team would never do that and to call the manager on Monday. I started to eat the steak and cheese and there was a long hair twisted in the steak at that point we thew the subs away. I called (Alton) the manager he said he wanted to watch the tapes to see what happened that he would get back to me. He never called back. As a business owner myself do better Alton

11:55pm, 1-17-26 I Order online, and when I got here the work told me they are closed, I said I just put a mobile order in, so he got a big attitude and said I have to wait 20 mins then was very rude, 👎
