I go here frequently, I've tried to dismiss the unpleasantness of 1 of the employees, but after the last trip... Wow. I went to use the restroom first and was told I have to buy a sandwich. Ok, the employee remembers me every time, you'd think I could get a restroom pass right?.

It's pretty clean for a subway. However, they have a hard time finding good help. The employees always close early and if you do get there before they close, you can tell they don't want to be there.

Waited till I was done ordering to tell me they don't take coupons. I would have went to a different location if I would have known that. They should have a sign saying they don't take them. It didn't look like they put much meat on my sandwiches so this will be the last time to this location. I'll stay with the Brookpark/Tiedmann location.
