Rude and don’t know how to make the food items on the menu which is crazy because even American people working in subway knows how to make what’s on the menu! You overcook it or you make it in front of my face and undercook it I will not support a business like this again

Ordered steak egg and cheese flatbread. Got 12 pieces of meat on my sandwich. So if your not very hungry this is the place for you. Otherwise FIND A DIFFERENT SUBWAY!!!

does not accept coupons, also does not have a sign letting you know they don't accept coupons. get a sign and make it visible and obvious that you don't accept coupons?

This the worst Subway I been through, I ordered a Footlong Steak & Cheese from this Subway, and it was a huge disappointment. I customized my sandwich carefully, requesting extra sauces and specific toppings, but they completely ignored my instructions. The sandwich was extremely dry, poorly made, didn’t get what I asked for. Never ever again in this store.

Took both subs that were entirely different and mixed toppings and sauces. Like mixed chipolte sauce with sweet onion and did it to both subs. Completely running each sandwhich. Could not get ahold of store at all. Wish I could resolve but they refuse to answer.

In 3 weeks I’ve been to this Subway 8-9 times ordering the same footlong. I don’t receive a greeting when I come in, but the customers who come in after me get a Hi welcoming.
Today was the last time I’ll EVER give this place my business. I asked the man for different bread because the last one beside the register was grey and looked hard on the right side. He faked me out like he switched it when I asked for a diff. one (I saw & let it go), I ask for tomatoes, he gives me 4. I say can I have 6, he slaps them in the the same place, not spread out. Same for cucumber - I worked at a Subway, was trusted by owner to open and close with a key- I know how many should go on according to corp. standard -No need for an attitude.
I ask for vinegar on the side so my sandwich doesn’t get soggy since I won’t eat it right away. He tries to charge me $1.00 extra and gives me 1 oil and 1 vinegar packet. I asked for 2 vinegars, its a footlong, 1 packet per 6”. I didn’t even ask for oil to go. All the while he never finishes ringing me out. 4 times I had to call him over because he keeps leaving to start the woman behind me’s sandwich. I come in all the time now, he’s never charged me that and been so rude. It was embarrassing & I was so tempted to leave the sandwich at the counter and not pay.
I’m home & sure enough the bread is hard and I will NEVER spend my hard earned money there EVER again. Tonight was the final straw. I was polite the whole way through like always & waited patiently behind a customer with 2 sandwiches, just for him to rush me along & act like he was frustrated with me.
Simple order by the way with a polite presence, I don’t ask for much. Veggie footlong on italian, provolone cheese not toasted. All veggies except olives & jalepeno, salt & pepper, oil & vinegar. I only say can I have 6 tomatoes & cucumbers & vinegar on the side along the way. Today was the 2nd time I asked for a diff. bread. He has no good reason to treat me badly.

The woman there charged my husband before we order the food!! Also, the meat/ chicken area is covered ( totally) so I can't see what he puts in my sandwich, what if he spits there, I think this should be illegal. It's disgusting.
Much better priced here than the Parma Pearl Rd location. Same order is $4 less here and sandwiches were wrapped better!

Horrible service. Was in there tonight. Ordered 2 same foot longs. The guy put pepper on it, and I didn't ask for pepper. I told him that I didn't want pepper. He just tuned me out. The lady there told me " it's just a mild pepper." I told her that I don't want pepper. He rang it up and asked me to pay. I said I don't want this order, and "you didn't even ask to do the order over". I am not paying for something I didn't order, and cannot eat. Bad customer relations. Poor attitude .

Ordered online for pick-up. Entire order was wrong and no one answered the phone when we called to try and get them replaced. Not worth the hassle to go back when they don’t have the decency to answer.
