I go to this particular location because the manager Jeannie is always so friendly and the food is always consistently great. The store is clean and I rarely have a wait. There is a closer location that I could go to however the manager there was rude and I noticed that there pricing was way higher then this location. I highly recommend this particular location on brookpark rd.

I go to this subway regularly and for good reason! The staff is always friendly, the place is always clean, and it's never too long of a wait. The sandwiches are always exactly what you wanted! Even when ordering online, they're fast and accurate. Love this place!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I walked in and it was literally no one in the store. I said okay I'll be out quick...the first worker noticed me and said nothing. The second one named Angie noticed me and still said nothing. Finally I said I would like two sandwiches. Angie proceeds ask what kind of bread, I said wheat fo both. The ENTIRE time she's making my sandwiches she has an attitude! Literally the entire time, I understand people have good and bad days but if you don't like your job then quit! Then other customers walk in and she's all like hi how can I help you😳😒 I doubt I'll ever come back to this location because clearly customer service is non existent unless your of a certain skin tone. The only reason I stopped here today was because my son asked for Subway and because it's not too far from home. But I rather spend my money else where

Anybody getting flatbread it ain't what it used to be. They cheapened up and now the flatbread is the wraps. So when you get a sandwich you're getting a paper thin wrap bread. I'd rather wipe my ass with a cactus and eat this crap.

Placed online order went to pick it up was not ready . Upon arriving the order was not even prepared young man told me the order was being made . Took about 20 minutes after pick up time got home went to eat and bam no cheese ,no onions , little chicken it was cold after asking to be toasted . Called the store and the guy says we'll we can't issue a refund but if you can make it back before we close they can be remade so I ask when do u close he says 9pm we'll its already 8:30 @ this point so it would take me 20 minutes to drive there .This place is something else and the lady who made the sandwich i guess did not follow the order at all..

Placed a mobile order almost an hour ago and am still waiting on it. 3 customers served before me after coming to PICK IT UP. Thought mobile ordering meant I wouldn’t have to wait in line and that It’d be done when it says. Guess I was wrong. Just go to another subway, these guys are obviously overworked and understaffed/undertrained.
Clean ! Friendly ! Great Food! Worth the wait if they are busy … Easy to get in and out of parking lot . This location accepts all coupons . Lots of deals as a reward member . App is easy to use .

Worst place I’ve ever been too if your looking for a good subway find a different location or go to fire house sub on ride park square. This location subway doesn’t know how to make a sub if their life depended on it smh. I gave my sub to my dog. I didn’t even eat it. Never eating here again
