I asked for a bowl sandwich they had no idea what I was talking about and then I ordered a specialty sandwich with just what comes on which was cheese peppers all kinds of stuff they gave me a bowl of lettuce and cheese it was horrible never returning here

Rose, Who manages and owns the State Road Store in Parma, Ohio has terrible table-side manner. I pointed out a mistake with my tax on one invoice and she could not explain the error. Oh well, I just brushed it off. The next time I saw her was today, and she told me I was not allowed to refill my soda after my visit today, unless I ordered inside the store. I used the app, with The 8.99 meal deal. I just think everyone should rethink where they eat. There are other Subways!

I ordered 3 sandwiches and a bunch of cookies. The 2 foot longs were both wrong, the toppings and dressings were swapped on each sandwich. I tried to call multiple times to get a refund or have the sandwiches made correctly, phone rings until voicemail and mailbox is full.

I have never encountered such frank rudeness! In this Subway, sellers insult people for speaking a different language. I asked for multigrain bread, but she pretends not to understand me. Once, an employee, refused to toast me bread with the argument that no one toasts bread and cheese with tuna filling. I will never go back there. She left my kids hungry, we just left with nothing.
This was the same woman in Andrew's one star review. The other woman who works there is very nice.

The people that work here are absolute morons. There’s simply no other way to put it. They will NEVER get your order right. They are incapable of following simple orders or directions apparently. Most likely too incompetent.
They got my order wrong, and I kid you not, FOUR TIMES IN A ROW!!! We went back THREE TIMES and they STILL could not get it right. How does that happen??? Oh by the way, as if dealing with the idiots working here wasn't enough, they argue with you when you tell them it was wrong. Unprofessional scumbags. Literally the worst subway, or really, fast food establishment in the Parma area. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Every time I order at this subway the order is messed up. And if they do happen to get all the toppings right they barely put anything on the sandwich. Amd they also smoke inside in the back of the restaurant. Walked in one day and they were both just standing in the back and is smelled like someone was clearly smoking a cigarette.
Store is conveniently located at State Road and Pleasant Valley Road. Staff is efficient and helpful. Store is very clean and organized. The food is always fresh and delicious.

Ordered subway via the app and drove 15 minutes to pick up the food, went in and the two ladies said it they never received an order. Asked what I should do because I already paid and they shrug and walked away. Didn’t try fixing anything, they could’ve typed in my order number to search for it or atleast try trouble shooting it. Now I have to go out of my way to contact the bank to get refunded, an hour just to walk away with nothing but lost time.
