Was waiting with my 5 years old son for 7 min, cause he has a school coupon to use and no one and no one came to a register. 2 times I asked “Excuse me…” so anyone can respond - but no one responded. 3 workers looked at me with like - man, we are busy here… Unfortunately I can’t put 0 stars. I got a grilled cheese burrito and it was unwrapped cold and the cheese on the outsides wasn’t melted and it definitely wasn’t crispy and wasn’t “grilled cheese” i would like a refund .

I got a delivery for the discovery lux box combo and a supreme cool ranch taco and only received 3 things. They had the order paper tape on the one and only small bag so I knew something was up. Open it and it’s only the supreme taco and chips and nachos in the bag. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing so I went outside to look even called my delivery guy and….NOTHING. How could your workers be so careless and incompetent to where you see 6 items and only give me 3?? I need answers!

They clearly don’t value paying customers’ time at all. Instead of providing respectful service, the staff order customers around like it’s an inconvenience to even be there. On top of that, they let their school friends hang out inside the branch for hours, talking and laughing, while actual customers wait to be served. It’s unprofessional, rude, and a complete waste of time. If you care about good service or basic respect, avoid this location at all costs.
