I am boycotting all taco Bells after this elastic experience.. I didn't feel like cooking Yesterday so I went and grabbed some taco bell for dinner. I ordered through the app and ordered 15 of each sauce minus the spiciest one.I would only ordered five of those. So in total I had ordered fifty sauces. I made it.
All the way home and realized there was not one sauce in this bag. By the time I got back from driving up there for a second time to get sauce that I had ordered with my mobile order and unfortunately did not get my food was cold. Taco Bell is definitely one of those meals You need to eat it fresh and hot. So quite obviously I want my $11 back.I feel robbed and treated horrible. The staff was more focused on making jokes with each other.Then putting together the correct order. I had ordered a crunch wrap supreme, The thing fell apart when I picked it up. I only got three bites out of it before it completely fell apart in my hands and there was no way to possibly eat it. This is a complete joke.I will never eat at any taco bell ever again. I would only eat at a Taco Bell.Maybe once a year so I wasn't a big loss to the company. But hopefully people will read this comment and they'll decide that they really don't want taco bell either.
I always come to this Taco Bell because it's the closest to me. Never had an issue till yesterday. Got the 7 dollars box went in the plaza across the street to eat . As I'm eating I notice something in my food which I had to take a picture of. In the hard shell taco which comes with meat, lettuce and cheese there was a worm or a baby slug in my food I placed it on the hot sauce packet in the picture below, an still have my receipt !! Was going to take it back up there but I'm 9 months pregnant, and I know my mouth and didn't want my blood pressure going sky high because I was pissed 😡 so I decided I'll just leave a review because that's very very nasty . Y'all employees need to make sure they are cleaning off the vegetables. I had to post pictures because I don't want anyone to think or feel that I am making this up . Y'all have to do better Taco Bell!!

What in the blue hell takes 40 minutes? I had the most average order you could possibly have and sat at that window for nearly 40 minutes with the order placed for nearly 55 minutes online. It looks like they just literally threw it in the bag. I sat at the window the entire time. I was the only one in line until everybody else got behind me. What are you guys even doing in there? I want a manager to reach out to me.

This location has gone downhill fast over the years. Girl today at window taking orders sounds like she is high. Almost forgets my drink. Cheese quesadilla has little to no cheese. I ordered that and three been burritos and I get three mild sauce and zero napkins. All that took 15 or more in the drive through. And you all want 15 an hour. First learn basic customer service. Yikes
I just went to this Taco Bell, placed my order. Everything was correct on my receipt. I get home and the burrito I ordered had cheese on it, even though I specifically asked for it without cheese or sour cream as my daughter has a dairy allergy. Even on my receipt it clearly said no cheese, yet there is cheese on it. I also asked for fire sauce, shown on the receipt and did not get any in my bag either. Really shitty to get all the way home and see they couldn’t just follow a simple order that is listed out clearly on the receipt.

Unfortunately it was prolly one of the most terrible experience. I decided to grab two large drinks that i tried the other day that was good. I believe they had a decent staff, but the sevice was so very very slow. I tried to go in to order it on the counter to think it kay be faster but I had to wait for a good 5 min. Prolly my fault for not speaking up but still they should have at least attend to me as they can see me too. So I decided to go thru drive thru instead as it may be even faster, but the worst decision as it took them 5 to 10 min per customer. And the fact that there was only 2 or 3 cars in front of me, still almost 30 to 45 min wait.

Is this place even open to the public? Horrible. 45 minutes to move 1 car lengths in drive through?? I did a 20 point turn and escaped
Very limited parking spots, maybe a total of 8-10 spots with 1 of those being a handicap spot & 2 being mobile order pick up. The parking lot is extremely small so when the drive thru line is long (which is common cuz of how slow this location is) it is difficult, if not, next to impossible to get out of the parking spot. If you change your mind while in the drive thru because of the length of time it's taking, you will be stuck. Other fast food restaurants similar have the parking lot that goes all around the building wide enough to have the drive thru lane and then a lane to go around & exit. Not this place. I literally spent an hour & 25 mins one evening in the drive thru. My husband works 3rd shift. He wanted Taco Bell for his lunch that evening. I arrived here at around 747pm. **Side note - had experienced during 2 previous visits of trying to go in & getting order being an even longer of a wait then the drive thru because they focus on drive thru getting done first.** The line was not long long for the drive thru, but I guessed an estimated wait time of about 30 mins or less to get thru it (which shouldn't be acceptable but I've come to the conclusion that this is how it is for all Taco Bell locations and my family (besides me) loves Taco Bell). By the time I finally got up to the speaker to order (with only 4 to 5 cars in front of me starting at the speaker where I could see from), it had already been a 40 min wait. I was already stuck as I stated above about the parking lot. Upon getting to the speaker to place an order there's a hand written note on it that states their headphones are not working & orders will have to be placed at the window. I then texted my husband that he's gonna have to leave early to stop somewhere else & get his lunch or come up to this location & I can do a mobile order on the app & then he could run inside to pick it up & then head onto work from there. I would then just have to sit there & wait out the line to be able to exit & be on my way. He came up there. He then went inside & told them he was picking up a mobile order. They asked for the name he told them. This was a whole process which caused him to have to call me. Got it straightened out. He then had to STILL wait inside for around 30 mins to receive the mobile order we had placed. My husband & I are not very tech savvy. We don't usually do online ordering or place food mobile orders, not even door dash & such. So, after realizing that placing the mobile order & going in to pick it up wasn't going to be much quicker so my husband could get going to work (which he ended up being late to work that night because of this mess!), we didn't know how to cancel it and get our money back that was already paid out so he could then just go somewhere else & grab a lunch. My husband did ask if they could just cancel the order & refund is the money & they told him they couldn't do that in their end since it was a mobile order. They left out that out was possible though if done on the app. Which I found out once I finally got up to the window & said something to the mgr. We were literally stuck! Had we known prior to me entering the drive thru, we/I could have been able to make an informed decision to go somewhere else. Due to the lack of communication on Taco bells behalf we suffered AND all for just a work lunch!! This isn't the only bad experience I've had at this location (along with other locations), but this was probably the worst so far. If it wasn't for the fact of my family loving Taco Bell, I would NEVER go here or any other location myself again! It's really unfortunate! 😞😡

Wait time at their drive thru is typically very long due to staffing issues. Bad thing is once you’re in the drive thru line and other cars are behind you, there’s no getting out if you decide you can’t wait any longer. You’re stuck! Pretty unsafe if you have an emergency!

The food my husband and I got looked like it came from a school cafeteria. There was hardly any meat on our tacos and my quesadilla's. And there was little to no cheese on my tacos. If you want bad food and mediocre service, come here, but if you don't, STAY AWAY. They need to work harder on serving guests in both the drive thru and dining room

Went here with my wife today and the quality of the service and food was POOR. I ordered six regular tacos that were not even half filled with food and it was like half of my meal was air. My wife ordered quesadillas that were below standard quality and this location was focused more on their drive thru orders than take out orders inside the restaurant. AVOID THIS LOCATION until they can clean up their act.

I don't know why the wait time for the drive through is at over an hour. How is that possible for a place that's using the same 5 ingredients in different ways. This isn't normal for this location, please get them help!
