I ordered a cheesy gorita crunch and they told me they were out of beef and asked if I wanted to sub steak or chicken. So I said whatever’s closest to the beef, so I went with steak. They had the nerve to upcharge me for steak, and they didn’t add the sauce for the cheesy gorita crunch (which is the best part). Why would you upcharge for something you’re out of? Waste of money!

The customer service at the Taco Bell in Parma is by far one of the best I've seen in any of the Taco Bells. I've never really been truly a fan up until recently for some reason what this is the place I always tend to go back to because they're the best inside

Some kid told me my receipt was in the bag when it wasn't. I asked for a reprint because i knew he was lying. They were also breaking down boxes on the side of the restaurant then coming back in to bag food, make drinks, etc. it's fast food, most people don't care about being good at that kind of work but don't endanger innocent people by being willfully ignorant. and if that's the case, then work somewhere where you don't have to exhibit empathy for others.

Stood stood in restaurant 10 minutes to be told credit card machine doesn’t work no acknowledgment after 10 minutes of standing in line poor management poor communication. It will only took a minute to communicate lack of customer service and professionalism 100% just saying very disappointed. It would’ve been 100% different with communication regarding situation.

Me and my wife have been here on multiple occasions. The very first time was good the past couple times have been quite atrocious..my quesadillas were burnt the tacos were soggy the inside fell out the bottoms and icing on the cake they forgot the holy Grail of Taco Bell our sauces .....hate to say but this bell ain't raining, quite disappointed in this bell as it's got a crack in it, won't be ringing it any time soon and not worth the line you wait in at night.

Came in today around 7:30 p.m. May 1st 2025. Put my order in and waited on my food. 20 minutes of waiting time I asked where my food was and was told it's being made. The girl taking orders with short hair stood at the front by the register talking to her friends and cussing the whole time. The crew making the food in the back were loud and obnoxious and screaming and cussing. My food was not hot and they were also calling other people's orders out and making fun of people's names and yelling their names when the order was up another customer said he was leaving a bad review as well. I hope their GM Lily sees this your employees are horrible should not have to sit and eat my food while employees are cussing saying they get screwed every day I waited 20 minutes for food when there was no cars in the Drive-Thru

The food was alright. But the fried cinnamon-sugar twists tasted burnt. They had zero cinnamon sugar and when I asked for a refund. The cashier rolled her eyes and talked smack about me to her other employees. Then I bought a soda cup and poured Baha Blast into it. Then I threw the lid and straw away from the Taco Bell soda cup. And poured it into a thermos cup to keep cold. And was about to throw away my Taco Bell cup! Then the same employee told me I can’t do that and that it is stealing. I told her that I was literally was about to throw it away and then I said she was being dramatic bc she was literally like screaming out loud at me! I told her that’s he is being dramatic and that then she called me dramatic while I standing right by the trash can. My hand over the hole to through it out. She accused me of stealing and then she claimed I was to her manager and they watched me through their cup away. LIKE HOW IS THAT STEALING I PAID FOR THE CUP BUT JUST POURED IT INTO ANOTHER CONTAINER!

we waited 30 minutes for burritos, a taco, and nacho fries. they ended up forgetting our nacho fries so we had to wait another 30 minutes in the drive through. the tacos were cold and there was no ice in our baha blasts.

ordered nacho fries and forgot them had to go back in line waited 30 minutes just to place an orginal order than another 30 just to get our fries.. but gave us handfuls of sauce while forgetting our actual food.
