Worker was very rude and yelled at us when closing time came around. No warning… no telling us that they were closed…. Just immediate yelling. I was honestly completely shocked, I understand that it was closing time but there is no reason to act that way. The only reason we were still in the restaurant was because they didn’t finish our orders. These workers need some repercussions.

I have mixed feelings about this taco bell Sometime they let you order food sometime they don't and try to call the cops if you want to wait for you food. Weird always it takes forever to get your food and if you ever had an emergency you could not get out of that line. I feel that a hazard. One time I seen some have to run over the curb and run the bushes down because there kid was sick. They could not get out of the line.

The worst tacobell you can ever go to differently around 4pm-7pm they can never follow simple you inductions. Always gets my order that I order for my work wrong we asked for no tomatoes on tacos because have co workers with really bad allergies and they did on all of them and some had sour cream and some didn't and they all was suppose too, n no sauce packets or napkins. We were charged for everything buy didn't receive everything order was so not like we requested.

Idk what is up with all the bad reviews, this taco bell location is great! It's hard to find good fast food locations, but so far everyone's been nice and my orders have been correct, hot, fresh, and the people working are nice.
I did experience the ultra slow drive thru at 2am, but they gave me a free taco coupon for my troubles, without me having to ask.
I will admit, I was in the drive thru for 45 minutes, but I've only experienced it that one time, at 2am. Not sure what's going on with that, obviously not acceptable. I don't think they deserve less than 4 stars however, seeing that most taco bell locations suck..

Placed an order online, waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and the line never moved, went inside to pick up the order and stood there for more than 10 minutes without even speaking with an employee. What is going on with this place??

This Taco Bell has the slowest drive thru in Parma! I ordered on the app and it was after 10pm so the inside of the restaurant was closed. I had no choice but to get in the drive thru. I sat there for 45 minutes in line to pick up my order and the food was wrong! The Taco Bell on Day Drive is faster, but my order is always wrong. Usually this location gets my order right, but it is just super slow! I won't be ordering on the app again!

Slowest Taco Bell in the Milky Way galaxy. Placed a mobile order at 8:48pm. It was not that much at all and I mean I could make it if I was put back there. Didn’t get our food until 10:00 PM‼️‼️‼️ THAT IS CRAZYYY. I could have gone to a dine-in restaurant, ordered, ate, paid, and left, all within that time. This is a fast food place like 😭
There was a girl with blue hair who was literally sitting down in the kitchen drinking a drink and not doing anything for soooooooooo long. Girl get up and do ur job idk just a thought. But EVERYONE on shift was actually moving in slow motion I felt like I was being pranked.
Might as well make it drive through only. Your employees literally never pay attention to the front. No matter what time of day it is. I doordash here all the time. Have to wait 10-20 minutes to get an employee attention is ridiculous.

First time I've been to a Taco Bell where the people work yell at you from the kitchen to insult you and complain about your order while you stand at the front counter apparently my name was also an issue not my fault it's required to give my name for fast food how about maybe just an order number seems to work fine for McDonald's I get we all have bad days at work and wanna make the time past faster but maybe wait till the person your gonna talk shit about is out of the builing
