This Taco Bell has to be the worst in northeast Ohio. Their service is terrible, lack support as in staff, and was denied an order waiting in line for 40 minutes with 4 cars ahead. Because I asked them what is the hold up and mis communication of their hospitality of food. Unacceptable. This establishment needs more staff and more goods to support the business. And a new management that is not biased about a customer asking a simple question. You people keep waiting in line for 45 min to an hour for food.

Bro they legit spit all over my food. They were slammed and they must of been salty but this is disgusting. I opened my wrapper to the taco soaked and it smelled like spit. I touched in with my finger just to be sure and it had a string of saliva attached from my finger to the taco when I lifted it up. There’s no reason to do this, if you’re not having a good time just quit, don’t tamper with peoples food

Izzy is the worst manager I have ever come in contact with. She is rude , unprofessional, and treats her workers poorly. The food I got was disgustingly and cold and the manager Izzy was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I will NOT be coming back here thanks to her

No meat, cheese or lettuce in my tacos. This is why I try to usually avoid Taco Bell but was an emergency. Hopefully I'm not back at another taco bell for a year or 2. There too cheap, this is not worth it, better off making your own tacos or chipotle

The 5 layer beefy burrito is awesome.. gotta get double beef. or if no meat, double up on the beans! But add black beans instead of meat.
