March 2023, was very disappointed in the Corned Beef sandwich, every single bite was full of fat. Paying top dollar for a sandwich I can't eat is frustrating.Would not recommend wasting money and getting disappointed.It didn't take reading a few reviews to see other people have had the same experience with fat in every bite.It's a shame because this used to a be a go to place in town for Corned Beef 10-15 years ago.

omg, this deli is incredible! The best sandwich I've had in years.They have wine and chips and some groceries in the front. Walk towards the deli counter in the back. Pick your meat if you can! They've got everything, listed in two pages on the overhead display. (Pro tip: If you ask nicely they will 'split' the meat for you and make it half and half like half turkey, half roast beef.)Pick your bread. It was incredibly fresh--flavorful, soft with a fantastic (not tough) crust. The amount of meat they put on the sandwich is unreal! Tell them your toppings and then they'll wrap it up for you with a dill pickle.The staff were so friendly and bantering with the customers; it was a true pleasure doing business there. Highly recommend.

Stopped and got a hot corned beef sandwich during the week. For $15.50 a sandwich I would expect more. It was extremely dry and the bread tasted stale. Save your money.

Well they certainly are not the same Tals that was in strongsville all those years. Ordered 2 hot corned beef sandwiches and was so disappointed at the quality of the meat. It was about 75% fat and it just sucked. I couldn't finish half of it. At 15$ a piece I expected better quality. On a side note , my dogs thought it was great.

Great Connoli experience.. Owner was kind super friendly, cornbeef was cooked to perfection. Great place to dine for lunch. Please don't forget the special made fresh Connoli.

I have been a customer of Tal'sfor years but, I can't let this one go. I had a corned beef sandwich. Paid like 13.00 . It was Thee worst. It was dry and was tough. Nothing but fat. It was a hot FAT sandwich for 13.00In fact, I have had more tender beef jerky . I swear, this stuff had to be days old. It had that crusty rank taste, and It was hard to chew, like it was warmed over from a week ago.. Tal's use to be a great place for a sandwich. Now they just slap whatever together. I just don't know what happened to them. It's the worst I have ever had. One bite and tossed it. The only thing that was semi fresh was the bread... So don't waste your time or money. It is quite obvious that the owner has issues of tossing out non fresh, pre made food. At least with there corned beef ? I am very sorry for writing this bad review but, I just can't handle not being a respected customer. I had too many bad corned beef sandwiches there and I always go back hoping this one would be better. Seems they raised there price and lowered the quality. This was a shame. Even the color looked gray. Not pink and fresh like it's supposed to be. I can put up with too much gristle as I just remove it but, Don't sell me stuff that should have been tossed out. That is when I draw the line. It's not just this time. It's been building up. As I said, I keep going back hoping I would catch a good one. Like Goodmans use to make. When you pay big cash the sandwich, it should be at least ok.. I don't mind paying a large amount for something that is supposed to be real corned beef brisket. It was once fresh... but tasted a week old. I hope they get it together because they once was excellent.
