Stopped in at 12:30 PM for lunch. Got seated immediately.Service was great. It was nice to have a happy server.First I had the matzoh ball soup it was very good. Main course , I had the meatloaf and mashed potatoes with gravy. The serving portion was the full dish size and it was delicious and the price was right. They do have a senior portion prices menu.By the time we were leaving the place was packed againParking: The restaurant parking lot is very small but it adjoins to a larger parking lot. That is also free.Wheelchair accessibility: Have someone open the door for you and you can roll right in everything is on a ground level

NEVER AGAIN!!! Policy is they will not seat you until your entire party is there. So you have to wait and not be seated. I saw an elderly couple that came in, one with a walker that the "hostess" (if you could call her that) refuse to seat this couple until the other people in their party came in. There were plenty of tables for all of us to have been seated. So, here we all were just waiting by the door. Seriously??? It's a fricken deli. Needless to say, we left and took our buisness to Luna's. Hostess needs to be fired along with the manager whom was just as rude and nasty. That is NO WAY to run a restaurant. Luna's is right down the street, and they have better food and better customer service.

Meet at Victoria's on Wednesday s. Everything up to last Wednesday was great. My husband and me ordered country fried steak? WHERE'S THE BEEF? Sorry, butt i never ate so much dough! It was not good.
The only problem I have with this place is some of the new snotty attitudes of service. For instance, I had this rather unhappy employee come up and complain that I don’t tip that much. Here is my response to that, when I was employed at certain places, I never complained with my work. If she claims that this is the only way she gets paid then what is she doing working here? There are many people who lost their jobs over this past year and in 2020 over the nonsense of wearing masks which by the way was all a lie. COVID was a lie. So what is not right is poor customer service and anyone could replace her in her job anyway. Piece of advice for her, brush up on your customer service skills and maybe you will get tipped but never give your customer attitude because you never know when your last day on a job will be and I would be reluctant to hire that person. I remember faces and who was kind.

12/8/23 @ approx 1:15 PM... My family stood at the entrance for 4 mins and we weren't even acknowledged. They were not that busy and several employees walked right past us without even a simply saying "hello" or "we will be right with you" My first time going after hearing good things, but I will never return.

First time visit with my sis.lots of parking, breakfast was great . service was good. We loitered around coffee and was not made to feel we were not welcome. We ate meeting again wed.
