Casual atmosphere, top notch burgers, sandwiches and pizza. Staff was great. Waitress excelled and owner/manager was also very attentive and an excellent host. Felt like home all around.

Average food, terrible service. Ordered wings and fries on a busy Saturday afternoon. The server repeated back to me what I ordered, and I watched her write everything down. Wings came without the sauce, when I informed her, no apology, just a simple statement: “I’m bringing you hot sauce on the side, and you can mix it yourself because we are already so far behind on orders.” I told her I ordered fries, she walked away, came back about five minutes later with another simple reply, and no apology or acknowledgment that she was wrong: “They weren’t on there, making them now.” Had to ask four times for our drinks to be refilled. No napkins, had to get the ketchup ourselves. For a $51.00 order that tasted just average and came out incorrectly, they should probably learn to apologize for mistakes, and over-compensate im the service aspect if they can’t even serve average food at high prices. Yuck all the way around.

DON’T Go! Wife, friend and I stopped in recently. Service very slow! Table was still dirty from previous person. Staff did not clear off empties, check for reorder. Had to flag down staff. Mgr/owner? accused us of grabbing the staff. Never happened! Said he had it on video. Said if we did it again we’d be banned. No need! Service and attitude will keep us away!!

This is my neighborhood hangout. I love Wagon Wheel and the new staff that has been put in place. Every person that works here is a true delight and is so invested in the customers satisfaction. Its the best place in the neighborhood to meet your neighbors. Not to mention the food and drink are superb. And patio is dog friendly. They welcome you with open arms and make you feel right at home. Thank you Wagon Wheel for welcoming me in.
