French fries were not done & greasy, chicken nuggets were not done, burger wasn't hot. I haven't been to Wendy's for awhile and I was disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting. Waited forever for a Dave’s Single (does that even look like a Dave’s in the picture…) nuggets, and fries. When we finally received our food it was ice cold and looked gross. Didn’t even attempt to eat my burger. I’d rather go to the one on Pearl in Old Brooklyn, and that says a lot. Never going again!

I’ve been coming here for 8 years, right down the street from my house. I thought that things would improve after it was purchased by a new owner bur unfortunately the staff is actually worse. The manager is a complete joke with a nasty attitude, she does not stand out among the teenage staff. I was actually astonished that she’s the manager because she is by far the most rude one. I don’t understand how they get away with being so disgustingly rude every single time and keep their jobs. I’ll just go to a different location from now on.

We will never be back and you should fire your district manager. We went through the drive through and ordered a double, a chicken wrap and two small Frosty’s. Simple enough. We were handed our Frosty’s and asked to pull forward to wait for our sandwiches. After waiting 15 minutes I went inside to see what was taking so long. By this time there were four cars behind me in the drive through and there were four more people waiting inside. Only two employees were behind the counter trying to run everything. I asked for my food and was made to wait another 5 minutes. At that point I asked for a refund. One of the employees finally handed me a bag. On my way out I was appalled to find a district manager and another Wendy’s employee sitting in the dining room together having a conversation. I pointed out to the district manager that his staff were floundering and could use a hand. He very sarcastically and condescendingly told me “next time we’ll do better” There will not be a next time for me or the companion I was with. Your management is the worst.

If any place deserves 1 star, it’s this Wendy’s. I used to stop here occasionally after COVID, but even that was rare. The workers were unprofessional, the doors were locked so you couldn’t go inside, and you were forced to use the drive-thru. For being the only customer there, the food still wasn’t fresh. Honestly, just go to the Sonic, McDonald’s, or any other place nearby — they’ll serve you better. And let’s be real, it’s Wendy’s… who even likes this place?

First thing I noticed was the smell of sewage. But I went ahead and proceeded to order my food anyways food was cold took about 10 minutes for anybody to even notice me up at the counter they were busy in the back room talking about blunts. Definitely don't recommend this location I should have known better when it was lunch time and there was nobody in the Drive-Thru or the dining room I thought they were closed

Worst wendys I've ever been to tried going in two different times yesterday I stood at the register waiting to order for 10 minutes and no one even asked me for my order so I walked out two separate times because the service was so terrible all the employees were arguing with each other ! Never going back
