Worst Wendy’s ever. Never can make sandwiches right. Go through the drive thru multiple times only to get the sandwiches made wrong trip after trip. Will not be going to this Wendy’s.

Had the most horrendous food poisoning from this location recently. I got a parmesan caesar salad, which i normally get and nothing has ever been wrong before. Truly never eating from here again i am scarred and cannot look at my toilet the same ever again 😭

Very dissatisfied, was at the restaurant on June 29th at 10pm. Ordered two double stack biggie bags with only ketchup and a Cinnabon pull apart had barely any fry’s,3 nuggets and a frozen Pull-A-Part Cinnabon. Very rude employee slammed the window in our face 2 times I didn’t even wanna tell them they messed up because employee seemed aggressive for a new store that’s opened very disappointed!!

Jun 22 2025 1 am. Worker apologizes for the wait as he's the only one on the shift. Working very hard breaking a sweat. I've waited longer on full crews this guy is faster alone than some full shift teams while being personable.

Got some late night. I only stopped at the ridge road location cause the one on pearl closes at 12. I have never had an issue there and it’s always good. However the ridge location was so bad. Sat for 5 mins at the speaker before anyone said anything. Took awhile again to get my food when I got to the window. I got home and they didn’t give me bbq sauce for the nuggets. Then I opened my crispy blt chicken and there was no bacon. Naldo got an Oreo fusion frosty and got vanilla instead of chocolate. I won’t be back here and just stick to the pearl location.

This Wendy's went above and beyond for me today. I am a special education assistant and my student I work with has a lot of dietary restrictions. A gentleman by the name of DeAngelo did everything in his power to accommodate my student to help him be included and make the trip we took just that much better. In the special needs world, special needs tends to go unattended and unnoticed. Today, we were seen.
Great guy, and extremely helpful management staff.

Window worker asked me to drive around to “help his time”. I know times are done by order because I’ve worked fast food but I didn’t really mind and it made me laugh a bit. Didn’t give me a straw, spoon, or fork tho so 2 stars. Food was good as usual

This is your standard Wendy’s more or less Rating the food… I’m being rather generous with 3 stars. Nothing about the items I’ve had screams “quality” if anything it’s all been subpar other than the fries (sometimes),Frostys are always good. The soda would be better if it wasn’t that freestyle machine but that’s my opinion. Now you’d think par to subpar food would be enough to at least earn 3.5 stars but nearly every time I’ve eaten here I’ve gotten some form of stomachache/sickness. (Worst of which was after some of the chili on a baked potato) Feels like something isn’t getting cleaned right or someone isn’t washing their hands. Anyway the items I think you can trust and enjoy are the fries, baked potatoes (sans chili), and frostys. Anything else err on the side of caution.
The employees vary from nice to rude in my experience, there isn’t much in between. I don’t really rate the service on how nice or not someone is to me anyway especially in a drive-thru. I rate the service based on if I received all my items and if they are the correct items. This location frequently forgets items in an order or accessories to items like forks, spoons, or even straws. Frustrating but not the end of the world.
I can’t rate the atmosphere because I’ve never been inside, though it doesn’t look dirty or anything from what I’ve seen from outside.
