Normally it’s good but lately yall been giving me some hard buns and not in the good way.
Poor customer service in drive thru. I went to grab lunch and was unable to hear the Wendy’s worker due to an ambulance driving by with sirens on so I asked nicely if he could repeat himself. He proceeded to raise his voice at me and give attitude through the speaker while I attempted to order. That alone made me cancel my order and go elsewhere. This isn’t the only time Ive had this experience at the location. I recommend avoiding this Wendy’s if you want to have a decent customer service experience grabbing a bite to eat. I’ve been working in customer service for years and know the importance of how to treat and provide a positive experience for the customer. I don’t normally write reviews but this negative experience prompted me to because this needs to change.

went at 12:00 am when they close at 2am. there was line we were just sitting there for a while no one came to the speaker. so we drove by and all the workers were just standing inside talking. some outside smoking. so we thought maybe they didn’t realize there was people at the speaker so we went back around and same thing as we drove by there was a male worker standing at the employee door just staring at us as we drive be. ridiculous. came 2 hours before close. they could atleast put a sign at the speaker or something as to why they’re closed. RIDICULOUS never had something like that in my life they all need to be fired asap. do better.

Went to the drive-through placed in order things were fine. Went to the window. Teresa told me it would take 15 or 20 minutes to make tenders and offered me a 10 piece instead I said I’ll wait. She immediately threw a attitude by body language. Tell me to move forward to the rail. I waited 20 minutes she came out handed me food she left. I opened the bag. The sandwich was not made to my order. I asked only mayo, tomato, and lettuce. Teresa said she cannot do extra tomato, but she can do extra lettuce. I said that’s fine. I went through the drive-through mic and I said the sandwich was not made correctly. I asked for only mayo, tomato, lettuce. She told me something about it’s policy that everything else will come on it unless I specifically say no cheese I then stated back, I said only. Only lettuce, tomato, mayo. A guy interrupted her and started yelling at me and swearing telling me I’m rude and get out of his drive-through and continued swearing. I was very shocked. I said well I want a refund. He told me to get out of his drive-through so I got out of the drive-through because I didn’t want to escalate over fast food. I will follow up a later date and speak to a manager. I’m 38 years old. I’ve never in my life at anyone at fast food or any restaurant yell at me before and I’ve traveled all over the United States. Furthermore, I was down the street at the hospital because my grandpa has severe health issues and I am waiting and it is now almost 1 o’clock in the morning.

Unbelievable, how rude the old lady was working the register when I was trying to pick up someone's DoorDash order she yelled at me and refused to make the food again even though I showed her a screen that said they will pay them again 10 out of 10 do not recommend

Guy working Drive today. He knows how to make food. We got our crispy nugs. Top tier service.
The fries were hot and fresh, but all three burgers were cold and not fresh, with unmelted stacked cheese.
