A lot of employes afternoon but two working or three and the rest are useless

The day I went, must have been training day.you can tell it was the first day for most of the employees.counter boy rang up wrong, so I didn't get what I ordered. The boss lady was trying her best to train them all.

I hope the one in Ridge Road closes when they open the one in Pleasant Valley opens. the worst Customer Service! get somebody who can actually talk on the drive-through. I’ll never be back.

I went wednesday Jan 29, 2025 I ordered 2 baconators waited 17 mins ,after asking about my order the young man behind the counter told me it's been ready yet no one called my name. Upon taking my order home I had 2 Dave's single cheeseburgers after I paid over $8. For baconators. I understand they were training new people but to get home an seeing I didn't get what I paid for I wasn't happy. There's a big difference between Dave's singers which are two for $7 right now verses paying about $19. For 2 baconators. An I live about 20 minutes away from this location. I go out of my way for this location. Very disappointed

They have gotten alot better.
They didn’t have any ice in the soda when I got to the window and nothing was said just tried to shove a warm pop at me. I asked for it to be removed from my bill no problem there. Get home took a couple bites of the gross mushroom bacon burger and noticed it was still partially raw. If I get sick I’m coming for y’all.

The older woman on night shift is very rude. I was picking up a DoorDash order, they said they didn’t get it. She asked me to pull around to see it, so I read the order off to her and showed her. She then began questioning me as if she didn’t believe what I was reading from the screen was real. I just wanted to know if they were going to help me out or if I needed to contact support. Instead I was questioned, and when I tried answering to the best of my ability, she gave very sarcastic and rude responses. Terrible customer service

They gave us flat warm pop with no ice, my chicken is over cooked and the workers seem like they don’t wanna be there. How do you give us terrible food when only 1 car was in front of us ?

This is by far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Not one visit to this location have I ever left with what was ordered. They always forget nuggets or fries, or even a simple straw or ranch. Take pride in your work. We have now twice gotten uncooked fries. Never again will we eat at Wendy's. Spend $54 on a meal for a family of 6 to get shit food and shit service.

1:25 pm Saturday. Up there with top terrible experiences. The drive through was incredible slow. The kid in the window didn't say anything other than our total. Did not offer a receipt. Fumbled around with wrong drinks looking at us like we were idiots. Gave us an incomplete order. It was so bad my wife said don't even turn around to go back to get our complete order. Sooooo frustrated and disappointed as this is not typical for a Wendy's experience. I can't say I'd go back to this location again. What a waste of time and money.

They really need to clean this place up. Huge puddle in the middle of the floor that nobody bothered to clean for the 30 minutes I was here. Manager and customer arguing over a slice of cheese and neither side would relent. The dyed blonde hair guy has zero people skills yet they keep him at the register. No hello, barely any eye contact, walks like he is underwater, and doesn't take any initiative for customer needs. I'm not trying to bury this kid but he needs some proper training, and if he physically or mentally can't handle it then maybe put him somewhere else where he would be better suited. Also flies all over the place so that means maggots are somewhere festering because I seen more flies in here than I did outside during afternoon errands. This place fell off big time. I don't remember it being this bad. Oh and for some reason the blonde guy got my frosty first while I waited an additional 5+ minutes for a small order so it was nice to have the dessert melted before I even sat down.

I’ve been to many restaurants in Parma, but this one stands out as the WORST. The service is always disappointing talking to them was like talking to a wall. The workers were lazy, uninterested in doing their jobs, and lacked basic customer service skills. The place was slow, yet the food was still awful. This place is a joke. and they suck.
