Third time giving this place a chance. I really want to support a place dedicated to wings but they just don't bother putting in any effort. They may even be proud of the freezer burn given the fact the wings are maybe 1/3 coated in sauce. You've gotta put effort into producing such a poor product.
The only semi-redeeming quality was the gentleman who handed me the bag. He was at least friendly. Perhaps only to prepare me for the sadness of the meal.

Get an extra well done and a light sauce option.
Ordered the 20 piece boneless meal deal for my wife and I, ordered 3 flavors and they all came in the same box only separated by a piece of thin parchment paper. Some of the sauces mixed. In addition, the cheese fries were soggy, and the wings weren’t sauced properly. Not sure it was worth the 30 bucks we spent.
Work two full time jobs never do anything for myself decided I'm finally going to try wing stop as an early father's day gift after working a double. Waited close to an hour for fries raw in the middle and chicken that wasn't eatable threw out everything after acouple bites wasted over 50 bucks first and last time one of the worse staffs I've every seen can't sleep want my money back not happy store filthy don't know how there not shutdown.
This store is by far the best wingstop. They are fast and efficient. Very friendly staff.
The boneless wings and loaded fries were really good. When you are looking for something that isn’t Sheetz late at night, this is a solid option!
Placed an online order. Was supposed to be ready in 20-25 minutes. We showed 30 minutes because the order is never ready on time. After waiting 20 more minutes we asked what was going on… they said someone stole the order and had to remake it. So it’s now been well over an hour. Do not order from here.
Not only did I go in and order in person, but there were six workers standing there talking checking in each order to make sure it’s good and right. Yet, they still got my order wrong. Worst location ever
Corn was cold like it just came out of the fridge general manager was rude and took no accountabilty for food quality food is is expensive to serve uncooked items
Matt is awesome great personality

Not sure why this place gets bad reviews, I have always ordered from them on DoorDash and my food always comes hot and fresh no matter what time. I never had any problems with my door dashes from them or even in person. So thanks you Wingstop workers! Much love

Spent almost $20 on boneless wings with almost no sauce on them. Not sure how anyone would feel comfortable serving food that looks like this knowing the customer will forsure 100% not be happy eating their food.

If you're a fan of Westerners, you'll like this.
The Good, The Bad and the Ugly.
The Good - The chicken was good. If you mess up chicken, you kind of shouldn't be in the business.
The Bad - My fries were cold. Not warm, COLD.
The Ugly - The utter lack of professionalism by the staff. I walked in, one was sitting on the counter, and the other four were on their phones, leaning on whatever was close. After I told them I was there to order, one guy asked where someone was, to which one of them replied, "At the store." There was something about "he's not her boss" and "if she's on the clock, punch her out until she gets back" The (white) guy begrudgingly took my order and handed me a cup. I sat down, and the fun began. The "n" word was tossed about like they (staff, including the white guy) were saying, "Hello." Then the two customers chimed in and started laughing. My impression was that they were friends with one of the employees. There was some sexual talk tossed in for good measure. My food came, and I left, never to set foot in that door again.
Believe it or not, I stood outside for about 3 minutes, deciding if it was going to be Wingstop or the seafood place across the drive. I doubt this was an anomaly, which begs the question, do people really not care? I am not shocked at all to see all the bad reviews this place has. Perhaps the owner/operators don't care as long as the money keeps rolling in, but imagine if they cared enough to replace those sub parts employees with respectable ones. I wonder what their P/L statements would look like. As a middle-aged African American, I feel confident when I say, "I bet this isn't what you get out in the suburbs.
