Every single time I go here they always mess something up extremely bad, went last night after it's been a long time since I went to this location and figured maybe it would be better but no, they forgot parts of my order and tossed the wings in the wrong sauces

Probably one of the worst orders I have ever received. Missing multiple items from the order. Shorted on wings and the ones we did get were packed into one box mixing multiple different flavors together.

First & last time going here. Waited a half hour for wings. Blue cheese oddly sweet, wings are soggy, fries unseasoned. Wingstop is overhyped. Not clean inside. Waste of money. If you want good wings, go somewhere else.

Got a10 piece from the Parma location and asked for them to be well done. They were cooked absolutely perfect. The staff was super friendly (especially the girl with the blue hair), the store was clean and the brownies were delicious. I would definitely recommend everything about this store and I’ll definitely be back!

38 minutes with 2 other customers and what they say as "1 large online order" for 3 chicken tenders and fries. The lady at the register was beyond rude. Had her earphones in listening to music so could not hear an order therefore yelling back "what did you say" to me and the 2 customers after me as noted above. The tables were disgusting. Sticky & dirty. Garbage all over the floor. Out of ice in the ONLY pop machine and the answer from the lady working is "we don't have time right now to put ice in it". Once I got the food, it was hot and fresh. The chicken fingers were just about the size of a nugget. Keep in mind this was at 1 PM on a Wednesday. Never going back to this one. What a shame.

I work for a food delivery app and generally like to take orders from this wing stop due to the fact that orders are almost always ready when I arrive to pick them up. Today the order was not quite ready but the exchange between the manager and a (seemingly)new employee interested me greatly while I waited. I observed the manager speaking to the employee about taking online orders. He was explaining why something did not go right in the process. The employee seemed to think it was his fault but was corrected by the manager. He treated the employee with respect and dignity, remained positive and explained that this was a quirk in the system and NOT his fault. The interaction was short but it showed a lot about the character of this manager and how he wanted this employyee to feel. In my opinion, it was an excellent example of leadership and I wanted to give this manager a huge shout-out! Thanks again, i will be back for more orders thanks to you and your team!!
