The employees were so kind and helpful! I had lots of questions with a bunch of substitutions and they had no problem with any of it. They were really the kindness. I’d never had a banana split before but the vegan soft serve vanilla was AMAZING. And it’s so hard to find an ice cream shop that offers it so I was so happy!
I ordered a non dairy oreo treat. There were bairly any oreos in it, it had no flavor. My companion ordered a butter pecan regular, we think they gave him non dairy he said it had no flavor AT all didn't even taste like butter pecan, no chuncks of anything in I at all. I could not taste to verify if it was dairy or not due to my issues with dairy. Unfortunately, neither treats hit the mark.
We love zero zest, though I will say the slushies do not taste the same. I used to go for the blue raspberry slushies but I’m not sure if they changed the syrup but they are sour instead of sweet ☹️ I hope they go back to the original flavor.
