“Cute place staff was nice. I wasn’t impressed with their signature sandwich, the HURON ST. MELT. We are not local so the group gave the common viewpoint that the food was “okay”. Fair pricing and the live entertainment was good.“

“We kind of discovered Elliot's through pure serendipity. We were in the downtown Newark area looking for a new place to eat and my wife was not having much luck finding anything on her phone. I just randomly pulled into a vacant parking slot so that I could take a shot and when I looked up Elliot's was right in front of us. We decided it was fate and walked in. We were met with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere and prompt service. Although they specialize in pizza, we are not the types that order pizza when we go out, so I opted for the street tacos (two fish and two shrimp) while my wife ordered the Philly sandwich. The beer selection was amazing and we walked out feeling like we had lucked into a gem of a dining experience. Since then, we have been to the locations in Pataskala and New Albany on several occasions and so far we have not been disappointed. Lately, I have been going with the Steakhouse Salad which is totally delicious. Price is commiserate with the overall dining experience. If you haven't tried Elliot's yet I strongly encourage you to do so.“

“Small place but fun! There's a pool table and karaoke on Fridays. The vibe is interesting, hard to pinpoint a "type" of patron that would frequent this place - which I really like. Pretty calm, clean, mature, and social, was the feeling I got. Could use more "saloon-themed" decor to match the name. Ample parking and convenient location. Would visit again!“

“I love this restaurant! I ordered takeout tonight and it was my first time trying Nepalese food. The food was phenomenal. It was packed full of flavor and cooked to perfection. I tried the pani puri, vegetable momo, and malai kofta. I live an hour away and the food was still hot by the time I got it home. The service was wonderful and the location is beautiful. “I have celiac disease and am very limited in places that I can go where I feel safe. I stumbled across someone raving about mellow mushroom and decided to look into it. Not only do they have a gluten free menu but they are well educated in cross contamination and but they also have a dedicated area for toppings and take proper precautions to make sure that no other people touch your food . Jamie, our waitress was amazing and was able to answer all of our questions and knew when and how to ask others for help. My husband and I will definitely be back.“

He told me the story of how his grandma would make fresh tortillas and slide him one or two before dinner as a kid. He would add a little water and salt roll it into a ball and eat it before anyone would notice. This act of love and family traditions has now made it to your table.
