Went through the drive thru minding our own business as the workers should paid and was nice to the guy in the drive thru who was also very friendly and the cooks where talking loud about how disgusting it was for us to be smoking in OUR personal car and having a baby in the back and yelling and the guy that was at the window to shut the window for one we dont have any kids so there wouldn’t have been any kid so they need better customer awareness and know who and how to talk to and around people

Dairy Queen was clean and well kept but the service is extremely slow and the quality of food has gone downhill. I waited 20 mins for a 3 piece tender meal.

Parking: Slanted parking spots around the building.

Kid-friendliness: Most kids enjoy ice cream.

Clean location. Great tasting food and ice cream. Ice cream has a full flavor. Unfortunately, there are other locations that have a watered-down tasting ice cream. But not here. New favorite DQ.

Got a Large blizzard and it was overflowing down my hand but looked good ... Until I got 1/4 in and it's all ice cream. All the mixings were in the top. Almost $7 worth of ice cream and a mess all over my car.

Literally the WORST Dairy Queen in the area! They are ridiculously slow even though they have a bunch of employees standing around.

I have been there 6 times. Each time it’s such a long wait both in the restaurant and in the drive through. Again, as employees are just wandering aimlessly behind the counter.

Tonight they messed up 3 out of 4 burgers. I double checked the receipt- it was typed in correctly. I am done. From now on I would rather drive all the way to gahanna than deal with this location any more.

Every single time we come through this drive-through, they don’t mix the toppings in and they sit in the top. They never get the order, correct.
