I really love this Domino's. I've never went inside cause I always order it online. They have coupons you can use once per order which helps if you're on a budget. They're very polite when they come to your door and they get there fast. I will always order here ❤️

Not the best Domino's, but not the worst. Service is hit or miss - my order is wrong about half the time. Sometimes it's as simple as a wrong cut or missing item, but others it's been entire wrong orders. Food is ok - They seem to use less dough than the standard as the pizza from this location are generally VERY thin. My favorite is the pan pizza and it's crust is almost always as thin as a thin crust pizza from other restaurants when it should be very thick. The staff usually are pretty friendly and try to be helpful if you expain what you need.
Old review - Years ago but still relevant -"Ordered through app. Left when pizza was ready but had to wait in drive thru line for 30 minutes waiting on someone who must've ordered from the drive thru and waited on the pizza. They should have had him pull around as there were other customers with orders already ready."

Everything is usually right and the app that tracks the orders is always 100% correct however today it was completely wrong. Idk who’s fault this would be but yeah even when it’s not busy at all I had to wait quite a bit to get my food. The app completely lied to me. But nonetheless the food is amazing and the staff are friendly. But the atmosphere here is dead the staff look tired all the time they look like they are overworked and just all around a bad atmosphere.
I was ready to walk in and get mad place and order at 7pm how ever they had to remake my pizza thinking oh well that make since for something so small felt bad but he comp me the pizza and looking at the thing. They was slammed looking stress I'm sorry they looked like they need some help. People wise. They trying there best and I appreciate it.

This store needs to update its policies in the app Placed an order online and apparently this store does not accept any denomination over $20 got to the store after a 20 minute drive just to have manager act like I'm crazy for handing him legal U.S. currency

Placed an online order for a party, online app showed ordered completed, manager said he had to clear it then stated order wasn’t started yet. Had specific pick up time for birthday party. Said it would be another hour before ready. Requested refund.

Ordered delivery and was disappointed. Wasn't feeling pizza so I ordered pasta and chicken wings....shouldn't have. There were barely any toppings in my pasta and too much marinara sauce. The wings were super fatty, soggy, and had a weird texture and taste.

Not always right and not always best, but now they don't even deliver to all of Pataskala Ohio they have delivered to my address for 30 years, and now they do not. I am in Pataskala, so where do I order from Reynoldsburg? It seems crazy that for 35 yrs+ I have ordered from Pataskala Domino's that no longer does with no answer or reason as to where we do order from.
