I went in for lunch. I have ordered online from here a couple of times prior. It is nice inside, seats around 50 inside. They also have outdoor seating. There is a counter when you walk in. You order from there. Ordered a small gluten-free pizza (cauliflower crust) and a drink. It's one of the best tasting gf pizzas. Order took about 15 minutes. I did go right at lunchtime, so they were a little busy. The manager was very nice. She took my order and then brought my pizza out to me. It is in a strip mall but has its own building and parking lot. It is easy to get into and out of. They have dedicated handicapped spots and a ramp to access the building.

This automated order system is b.s. couldn't do my order then got a call back from some random scam number with a sketchy sounding dude. Weird man I'll call another pizza place don't have time for this crazy stuff.

It was the only place nearby still serving food. I got a calzone. It was pretty good. Got mine with meatballs, green peppers, and black olives. Wish they let u get 4 ingredients, so I could add the tomatoes. I was exhausted and it being a big old calzone, it put me into an instant food coma, not what I wanted prior to a half hour drive, should have been expected. In hindsight, I should have skipped dinner, but that's no knock to donatos.

Sunday afternoon lunchtime, the store was not what I would call clean, tables had cups, and other items on them. Not the friendliest customer service oriented type individuals working. The head cook wearing Kathy shorts looks slightly unprofessional. The food has just not been the same at any Donatos since they changed the recipes. And it’s very inconsistent from store to store. Definitely not nearly as much of a nightmare as the Donatos on Cassidy.

Can the owner or store manager please teach their employees to tell the cars at the window whos orders are not ready to PLEASE PULL AROUND!! I am so tired of waiting in line when i know my order is ready and is just sitting there getting cold. The food here is usually consistent but i have this problem almost every time i get pizza here.

A solid location. Donatos has that unique flavor that I have to come back for when I get the craving. I very rarely have issues when ordering from this location. Service has been slow at times but they get very busy. The few times I've eaten inside the experience was great and the staff were pleasant and helpful!
This location holds up the standard for what you expect from a Donatos pizza very well.

chris deserves a reward for his excellent and thoughtful work he is very nice and im greatful to meet someone with a good heart … he needs recognition for his hard work and great customer service he puts out he cares for his customers an is very nice and you can tell he’s a greatful person such a wonderful soul u have with your company ♥️ good hearted people do exist…. i couldn’t feed my kids only had enough money and he made sure they ate i’m forever grateful 🥲 thanks again and god bless
Did not get any marinara sauce or italian dressing in my subs. Not very tasty, just dry.

We come here because it’s close but man it’s hard to keep coming back when you have to pick up 15-20 minutes after the pickup time consistently. It would make sense on a weekend but on a slow weekday it’s just a bummer. It just seems like someone or something is always incorrect or running behind.

Absolute shoutout to the team at Donatos on 2/26/25 at 10:30-ish PM. They made a beautiful pizza pie (bbq chicken, beautifully topped and sauced) and wings. So grateful for the attention to quality at this time of night!!! Highly recommend this Donatos as they fail to disappoint!
