I used to love dining in at this location, but lately the service has been horrible. The employees are all young kids who could care less about their customers. The food is good *when* they get the orders right, but that's rare anymore. I'm tired of throwing my money away so from now on I'll either drive to a different Donatos location, or another pizza shop all together.

This location has gone seriously downhill. Used to be a 5-star Donatos, but both quality and customer service has become very poor. I wish I could rate 0 stars!More times than not, the food orders are wrong. And the employees are unprofessional and rude. The young guy with the curly black hair looks high every time I come here, and the rest of the staff isn't much better. If you decide to come inside to place or pick up your order, it takes forever to even get acknowledged. When they do greet you, it's not in a friendly manner. And half the time, they forget you're waiting so you have to go back to the kitchen bar to ask for your food.Where is management??? They need to stop hiring young kids who only care about getting high and start hiring responsible adults who take pride in their job. This location has lost my business!

Place wasn't the greatest it was really dirty pizza toppings all over the floor. Tried going through drive through sat there for 30 minutes then went inside and stood there for another 20 to 30 minutes no exaggeration either I had people turn and look walk up to grab something then turn around to what they was doing not a hi how are ya can I help you I'll be with you in a minute nothing finally a guy walks up and asks if the guy standing right in front of me but with his back turned on the phone has helped me yet and he knows he hasn't because he has looked over at me at least a dozen times hoping I would leave or someone else would do his job I don't know but ye great plus I don't know how the pizza tastes because after seeing that mess I threw it away I love Donatos pizza it's just this place needs to get it together I have not been back and won't but Donatosis great pizza if you have never had it definitely try one of the best pizzas in Columbus

Wow, what a mess. I ordered online and was instructed to arrive at 3:17pm. When I arrived to pickup the order up it was obvious they didn’t even begin the order. They gave me cold sandwiches. I could’ve gone to Subway and got the same thing. And I even gave them a four dollar tip that won’t happen again.

I had called in to order some pizza and wings and lisa (the person taking my order) was absolutely amazing! she was thorough repeating my order back to me, was extremely patient and sweet! the food was amazing and arrived on time (: best experience yet!

When I call and order I don't want to be forwarded to an Indian call center.Massey's has better subs,and somebody that actually works their answers the phone.
Over the course of the past few years, this has gone from one of our go-to places to one that just creates a hassle. There has been something wrong with our order every time we've gone there and getting it fixed is a big headache. It took them 4 times to get a salad order correct this time. We are definitely done giving them chances.

Not for the pizza. Donatos is special. I remember my first rectangle slice of pizza I ever had. How do you follow that up? It's pretty special learning how to eat this style of pizza. And while you're doing it, the elders tell you more and more why it is so. it's beautiful. Stop losing your edge donatos. You're better than this.tm.christina.tda

Food great as always. Dined in and got seated right away and food came semi fast. The woman who came in behind me wasn’t so fortunate. She waited and waited but nobody came to help her so she left. I saw the dingy pink haired girl in back look up at least five times but never came to help. She’s very lazy I wouldn’t want her on my team.

Sometimes orders are wrong but everyone makes mistakes. Still great food!*Update* 08/06/23Lowered review to 2 stars. Used to never have problems but the last 4 times I've ordered there's consistently been an issue. Ordered the donut dessert, it was undercooked and still doughy. Ordered asiago cheese bread, also undercooked. Ordered 3 of the cookies another time but they only have one. Today I ordered a large pizza and it's sort of warm but overall not enjoyable. At this point I'm not even reaching out to management, I'm just done ordering from here.
