Honestly I love this Hotheads Specifically the guy with the chain & tattoos , the young Hispanic man, and the gentlman with the feather tattoo
These guys always get me right. Manners, handle the food properly, make it exactly how I like. I come and get the same thing once every week or few and they always make it exactly how I like. I specifically only come when these two work. Would absolutely reccomend. They have work weekdays to what ive witnessed but I only come on workdays for me anyway ( weekdays )
Make sure they get their accolades. Definitely love it. Makes my evenings.

Staff is friendly. However my only complaint is that food is always cold. I order pickup and the food has always been cold when I pick up this last time. I ordered for a later pickup time and went in early and my food Was being prepared meaning? If I had went in 15 minutes later, when my scheduled pickup time was set, my food would have sat there for 15 minutes.

Food was great as always, at each location. The reason why there's not 5 stars is because the lady who made my fiance's bowl skimped him on everything, as where the guy who made mine, gave me a heaping bowl.

Came at 9:30pm. Couldn't get the burrito Toasted as advertised because they already cleaned the machine. Made our order to go and when told we were eating in, attitude was felt. Mop bucket was in the line to order. Said I wanted #7 and when it didn't get lettuce on it I was told "it gets what you want". Horrible service for ok food.
