First time here. Lots of menu choices. Service is fast. We got burrito bowls and a fish tacos. Everything was tasty. Next time we'll go to the one closer to home.

I have been ordering from this hot heads location for a bit now & pretty frequently. Normally our food is always really good but tonight they had completely messed up a couple items. I normally don't call if it's just 1 or 2 small things because that's bound to happen but since multiple items were completely wrong, and overall not good so it kinda is worth a call then. I tried them prior to calling, I was willing to give it a shot but it was just not edible. They handled it really well though and we very kind to me when I called. I spoke with a girl when I called, unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was very kind and issued a refund for the incorrect items. A little while later the GM, Tracey called me, initially I was confused but, he was really thorough in wanting to understand what was wrong, and said next time he'd make sure we got 2 free burritos which was cool because well, we order from them far more than we probably should ? So it was nice that they not only issued a refund but are going to comp our next two burritos. I also want to point out, when I say inedible I don't mean like it was rotten or anything. I've never had a issue with the food being fresh! This location is the best out of the few I've frequented!

Best hot heads around. Usual customer of once a week or more. Order is always correct for take out. Friendly staff. Good size portions. Employees and managers are doing an excellent job! Keep up the great work! Would reccomend to everyone.

Hot heads is one of the best places I have eaten, I always get a burrito, because their burritos taste so good that it is to die for the workers are nice and very kind, in the end, they always remember what I wanted on my burrito, especially ones who are new to the job. Definitely a 5 star for hotheads

Great Experience. I’ve been to several other hot heads and wasn’t very impressed. Decided to try it again today. Food was by far the best I’ve had for this chain. Who I assume to be the owner or manager was very friendly and had my pickup ready very quickly. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been a long time customer since they opened around 2010. I even remember when they opened I received a free burrito coupon from the pataskala street fair parade. Prices have probably doubled over the years (Inflation sucks!) but consistency and quality has not! This hothead is definitely the best I’ve been to in the Columbus or Toledo area as their quality is always very consistent and they give you a good portion of food for the price. Employees are always fast, friendly and provide great communication too which is a great plus! I wish all the hothead burritos were like this one! The franchisee owner (I believe his name is Tony) is also a nice gentleman. He owns the pataskala subway as well as many other subways and hotheads in the region.

Tacos fell apart as soon as I picked them up. Had to just eat the filling with a fork. Then found a hair in my food. Gross.

Old manager dude is rude. Ordered nachos for my mother, was told to order cantino nachos and just add to it. After I ordered he said "next time just do build your own nachos" with a attitude. like okay no need for the unnecessary rudeness, you act like I come to hot heads all the time and know how to order everything.
