Worst indian food ever. Completely bland and inedible. Wish i could get my money back.

We ordered lamb korma, chicken masala, goat curry, and butter chicken online. The food is quite mediocre. Each dish tends to be sweet and greasy. How does this restaurant get a very good rating?

I don’t give reviews a lot but this place deserves it. The food is soooo good. We usually try new things but also always get samosas (they have a small kick), lamb or chicken korma (the lamb is so tender), naan, chicken momo seared dumplings, and mint sauce. The food is very good and the mint sauce is great. Highly recommend them. Pataskala is lucky to have this restaurant.

I decided to stop in to order carry out. The atmosphere was calming, loved the burning incense. The gentleman that took my order was polite and efficient. I decided to try the chicken thali as a birthday treat, and what a treat! I loved the variety, and it was very tasty. I plan on trying some other dishes in the future.

Food great as always. I’ve eaten here several times and I keep coming back. This time the service was not up to par. Young lady sat behind the counter texting on her phone not paying any attention and watching an Indian movie with the volume turned up too. Next time I’ll get it to go.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while, and finally did. I walked in at 730pm and noticed there is very limited seating. I saw a woman standing behind the bar so I asked her where I should sit. She didn't seem to understand what I was saying. She asked me if I was there for pickup. I told her no, I was there to dine in. She came around from behind the bar and I told her again I was dining in by myself. She pointed at a table. I sat down expecting her to bring over a menu. After several minutes she went to two other tables and took their orders then walked past me with menus. She came back a few minutes later and finally dropped off a menu. She came back about 15 minutes after that and asked what I would like to have. I asked her what was better, the butter chicken or the chicken korma. She mumbled something and just stared at the menu. I asked her again which one she would recommend. She didn't seem to understand what I was asking. She mumbled butter chicken in a confused voice, so I decided to try that. I also ordered some saffron rice and some garlic naan. She asked me if I wanted anything to drink. I told her Coke was fine. I waited for probably 45 minutes for the food to come out which seemed a bit excessive for what I ordered. She eventually brought the drink over with the food, but forgot the naan. The food was very good, especially the naan dipped in the butter chicken sauce. As I sat there eating, I noticed other people were having problems with her understanding what they were saying. She didn't really seem to know what she was doing. I don't know if it was her first day, but that's the impression I got. From the time I was there, one table had problems ordering and getting their check. Another table had a problem with her not understanding what they wanted to order. Another table had a problem with their bill. There was a guy there who I assumed worked there, and spoke very good English, but he seemed to be more focused on sitting down the whole time instead of helping the server. I finally got my check and paid after being there 2 hours and left at 930pm. I'd like to try it again, but not if the service is the same.

I don't usually do reviews, but I also like Indian food and being Indian, I've been to so many different Indian restaurants, but this place has a really good food and fresh. I was very impressed in this area that they have really good quality Indian food. probably going to eat at least once a week here now. Thank you so much.
