Was told that I didn't understand the difference between the amount of meat a regular vs. giant. And that they use less meat on the Giant, because it $2 less. But they got mad when I showed them the calorie count, and that on all the sandwich's, the count is exactly 1/2, so equal meat has to be 2 Regs vs 1 Giant. Not very understanding, then wanted to throw me out with out food, not worries, won't be back.
It was incredibly hard to the place order, I called to place order at 8:06pm, keep in mind they close at 9pm, I was told they do not take phone orders right now. My family was already in front of store and was about to walk in, I called back to tell him the order and they would not answer phone. Then my family went in and he refused to speak to me to take order… the ladies of my family in the store tried to tell him the order but he was able to take??? He refused to take order and then finally excepted to take order from me over speaker phone… not happy at all!!! I asked to speak with management and he said he was the manager…. Not a good way to run a franchise in the Jersey Mike’s Name!!!

The food was fine but one of the teens was not patient or kind with customers or other staff. There was a trainee who was fine and the young lady who was on the register was nice. The girl making the sandwiches was in a rush and did not listen.
