This location is the absolute worst!! They can’t get an order right to save their life. We have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and the past 3 times they have messed something up. This is sad and we should not have to but we will be visiting the Pickerington or Reynoldsburg location going forward. 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend

The Pataskala location needs a new store manager. The food is disgusting. Chicken strips so old and dry the meat in the middle was dehydrated. Never going to this location again. Don't waste your money at this location

They took 40 minutes to "make" my food that I ordered online, messed up our food and didnt give us the correct items. im very pissed, i couldve had a better experience at anywhere else in pataskala. this is completely unacceptable.

The younger girl today taking orders, has 0 patience and 0 brain cells. Couldn't understand what a famous bowl is, asking if I wanted mashed potatoes on the side..lmao it already comes with it. Had to cancel the order because her attitude was nasty and trashy. 0/0 just because of her nasty attitude.
Ordered $42 of food in the drive thru only to be told that this place doesn't accept cash payments. Since when?? I will never go back to this restaurant and you can be sure that I will tell everyone I know..
