THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME! I’ve lived in Patakala for years and have been to this location more times than I can count and this has been the worst experience of my life. I tried calling immediately after placing my order to have my pizzas cut in squares and the employee couldn’t understand English and told me he’d call me back I was confused so when I went to pick up my food and some young boy said I was talking to someone in corporate not there location, I’m like how at 8:30pm, as I’m looking at the man with an entire headset on. He called me a lier and said it would cost extra to get the pizza cut in squares. I feel so disrespected and I’m so disappointed in the treatment I received.

I do enjoy the food. Obviously, you are getting what you pay for. That is not my disappointment currently. I always order on the mobile app, but it had an error, so I decided to go inside to place my order. This is where my frustration comes in. I am frustrated because there was a language barrier between the clerk and myself. The clerk was not able to understand my order and could not verbally verify tge items I asked for. I unfortunately walked out. As mentioned before, I enjoy the food, but will not order food unless it's through the app from now on.

I wish I could’ve gotten the young man’s name. I had ordered a pizza from this location, and I recently was injured And I was using a cane to help me walk, and the worker went out of his way to walk me to my car And carry my pizza out for me. I was so thankful and I wish I could have gotten his name or at least had some cash on me to be able to give him an extra tip. If you are the worker that helped me and you are reading this I appreciate it so much. Keep doing good. We need more people like you in the world.

I don't know how people keeps coming back I used to eat this location daily but a change of ownership happened and now it's pretty well for the dogs how much time I go Hill I get pizza and it is thin and born to Chris I know it's a little sizzles and don't expect much but it's been to the point where I couldn't even eat it and when I try to give it to the dog he couldn't true it

I visit this store on Friday's and typically get order a lunch combo. The staff is quite friendly, however, sometimes hard to understand but I don't hold that against them. The pizza is consistently good compared to the Little Caesar standard.
