Would of gave a good review until the girl working refuse to cut my tomatoes and onions up a lil bit so I could eat them. Why are they not allowed to do that? If a paying customer request the sub a certain way it should be done.. This is the only location that has ever refused. Not good customer service 😕

Ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch asked to substitute the bacon for turkey the worker said he could that. Went to pay and got charged $4 extra because they needed it for inventory. Would have been nice to know that before hand. Jimmy John's clears anyways don't come here

If they don’t get the food wrong then it’s something else last week waited in drive thru for 8 mins before someone would get to me today I waited just for no one to ever respond so I left . It’s really gone down hill. Stay away you have been warned!!!

Just because I don’t want toasted bread, doesn’t mean I want cold or frozen steak. This is the third time in 2 weeks this has happened. Ordered through the app to take back to a job site.
Ordered the following day (today). Asked to heat the steak up to the employee’s face. Their response was “it says it’s toasted”. I did not want the bread toasted. Get back to my job site, steak is frozen AGAIN! What kind of moron thinks frozen steak is acceptable to serve?
Couldn't even get my points for rewards because their register froze up when I tried putting in my phone number. register lady to tells me just to scan my receipt and get the points in the app and I'm not doing that because my Subway account is under a family member's name so I can't access it.

In the end the sandwich was okay. But the pushy staff really didn't want to give me many options. Rushed it together so fast didn't even have a chance to tell them I didn't want it toasted and I also wanted it with pepper jack cheese. The little bit I asked for only got me dirty looks from the staff. And other customers were treated the same way in front of me. I don't understand why anybody wants to come here other than the fact they must be really damn hungry...This place operates more like a McDonald's pick what's on the menu take it shut up and leave. First time I've ever visited this subway it's also the last.🏴♥️🇺🇸💥🎉🥳
