Every single time I have got food from this Taco Bell it has been either totally incorrect, old/stale, or both. I have worked at a Taco Bell before, I know what chalupa shell, that have been left out too long and then used instead of thrown away and remade like they’re suppose to, feels and looks like. This place seems to not mind selling food that’s been sitting out for hours. They even fail on the most simple things. I’ve been trying to get their newest slushee since it came out, every single time I have tried to get it they charge me for it, and then give me a plain strawberry slushee (all without telling me if they don’t have anything for it or not so it makes me believe its truly the employees not paying enough attention to the orders coming in) a couple times here and there I can understand, Working fast food sucks and it’s hard, but when it’s every single time over the course of 4+months? This Taco Bell just sucks.

Ordered the cheesy gordita crunch. Did not like it and wouldn't order it again. Extremely small, cheese on outside falling off, dry, not what I was expecting. Ordered a small drink, drink cost $2.39. Not going back.

My wife spent 20 minutes waiting at the drive-thru window waiting for our order - 2 taco supreme combos. She was not greeted at the window, they simply called her by my name and handed her the drinks without any further word. She then spent 20 minutes waiting while staff members were on their phones at the window - one was even leaning back against the window! When our tacos were finally ready, they handed them to her with a careless, "Sorry for the wait." She asked, "What took so long?" They told her that they didn't start preparing the food until she got there. REALLY?! Counting the 5 minutes or so that it took to get from checking in at the speaker to arriving at the window, they needed 25 minutes to prepare 2 taco supreme combos?! That is pure incompetence! And that they seemed unconcerned made it even worse!

There were 4 or 5 cars ahead of me at the order speaker. 52 minutes later I still hadn't reached the take out window; the person in the car behind me, whom I followed went inside to complain to a disoriented line of cooks. When I finally reached the window I kept driving as did the car behind me and we ate at the KFC next door. 1 hour and 6 minutes after I placed my original order.....no more Pataskala Taco Bell for me.

Thought we were laughing at a customer, we were just minding our business on the phone and told us to leave and we did. The workers are so full for themselves that we were having a good time before ordering.
Got my order and it was cold and not even right. To top it all off, it was probably the worst food I've eaten from any fast food chain in ages. Recommend against going here.
