The crunch wrap supreme has like a teaspoon of beef on one side of it. The other half had a soggy shell a chunk of lettuce on it…. Total waste of money. The chalupa was so stale & cold I couldn’t even bite it. People need to do better!!! Take some pride in your work!!! I rarely eat fast food. I will never return to Taco Bell

Every single time I have got food from this Taco Bell it has been either totally incorrect, old/stale, or both. I have worked at a Taco Bell before, I know what chalupa shell, that have been left out too long and then used instead of thrown away and remade like they’re suppose to, feels and looks like. This place seems to not mind selling food that’s been sitting out for hours. They even fail on the most simple things. I’ve been trying to get their newest slushee since it came out, every single time I have tried to get it they charge me for it, and then give me a plain strawberry slushee (all without telling me if they don’t have anything for it or not so it makes me believe its truly the employees not paying enough attention to the orders coming in) a couple times here and there I can understand, Working fast food sucks and it’s hard, but when it’s every single time over the course of 4+months? This Taco Bell just sucks.
Ordered the cheesy gordita crunch. Did not like it and wouldn't order it again. Extremely small, cheese on outside falling off, dry, not what I was expecting. Ordered a small drink, drink cost $2.39. Not going back.
