I've enjoyed dairy hut alot pass couple of years, I usually go with the foot long coney dog and 1 large ice cream blitzer unless it's pumpkin pie shake time. That is as good as the old mcdonald edition! The only thing is they close down for the seasons at all location in mid October each year and got a wait til spring time for re opening for anyone who hasn't been able to try them check that before making the travels
I was craving soft-serve, and was recommended this place via Reddit! A surprisingly cute hangout spot with plenty of covered seating. Walk-up to order only, but wow! These people are fast at getting orders out!!

I regret that I only just discovered this place as I’m moving out of the area! I’m moving away from Johnstown, and I had heard this place was awesome. I went for the first time about a month ago, and have been back almost weekly since. The specialty sundaes are amazing, the seasonal key lime pie sundae has been my favorite.
