My ice capp was overfilled, and spilling in my cup holder in my car, and my croissant was absolutely burnt. I ordered one of the honey dipped donuts, and it had this black stuff throughout the donut. I don’t know if it was mold or a burn mark, and I think i’d rather not know. I would absolutely not recommend this place. Bad service, Rude employees, Terrible food, Mold(?), the whole nine yards. Don’t waste your time here. You can find something better, even if it is a bit more expensive.

Absolutely the worst experience i’ve ever had with food service. Not only does the service suck (except for barb) the food is mid and is always wrong. I order the same drink every time (iced capp no whip) it has ALWAYS had whip cream. A few weeks ago i ordered 3 loaded scrambled egg wraps, i pull up to the window and get handed a bag. I start looking through the bag to make sure everything is okay while I wait for my drink to be handed to me. One of the female workers yells at me from inside the restaurant “it’s all in there you don’t have to look.” So i stopped looking, got my drink and went to work. As soon as I get to work I noticed that she had given me 3 snack wraps. The scrambled egg wraps are almost 8$ and i got a 2$ snack wrap. I was furious because she had yelled at me that it was right and it wasn’t. So I drove back. When I got there I went inside and explained to them the situation and the same girl started yelling that I ordered those. It was a mobile order, I had an email and the app receipt proving her she was wrong. As Barb was making my new wraps for me I see the same girl standing behind talking about me to the other employees. I have never been that appalled at someone’s lack of customer service and absolutely was disgusted. I a manger at a retail store in Pataskala and would never let any of my employees talk or act like that to a customer. Another incident I had was a few days ago when I again ordered a scrambled egg wrap. Went through the drive through and they handed me 2 cream filled croissants. So I pull around and go inside and while they are remaking my wrap, I notice he’s making it completely wrong. They literally have a sheet telling you how to make things and I had to personally tell an employee how to make it. Absolutely ridiculous that I have to teach someone when I don’t even work their. I believe he was new but he was left by himself to do this. He needed to be trained and helped. The other incident happened today. My boyfriend and I go there around 12 and they have the small amount of breakfast items that the offer all day. You’d think since you offer these items all day you would stay well stocked up on them, you’d be wrong. I order a sausage egg and cheese croissant and she informs me that there is a 7 minute wait on the sausage and I tell her that’s okay. My boyfriend attempts to order a sausage biscuit and they are completely out of biscuits. When I pull up to window and pay they tell us to pull to the front of the store to wait the remainder of the 7 minutes for my sausage. 30 minutes go by…are you freaking serious. So now i’m late to work. My boyfriend heads inside and asks what is going on. They have no croissants and forgot we were even out there. This place is undeniably the most unprofessional and ridiculous place I go to. There’s no other Tim Hortons near us so i’m stuck with crappy service or over priced starbucks.

I stop on the occasional Friday for one drink in between 4:30pm-5pm. The ladies that work this shift are not great. They are rude, they can't even pretend to have good customer service. Never said anything before but today was it for me. I pulled up and two of your workers were getting high in the parking lot. No other customers are there in the drive thru nor inside the restaurant. I pulled up to the drive thru thinking maybe one of them would stop for a minute and come do their actual job I sat there for 10 mins before even saying hello. After saying hello I got we will be with you in a minute. I waited even longer and they still couldn't be bothered to do their jobs! So I left and you didn't get my business and honestly probably not gonna get it again. Honestly if I could give zero stars I would.

Best coffee ever. But don’t be mistaken, the stuff you’re buying in the store is nothing like it. I hope they don’t pull Tim Hortons, but I’m afraid that Trump has really pissed them off.

Each store seems to be run independently, and not all coupons or discounts will be honored.

Can we PLEASE get the staff on board with what an iced Machiatto with EXTRA espresso is? I'm paying over $5 for a drink, for extra caffeine...to get handed a caramel milk. 3/4 times.

Asking if it has the espresso does no good, because you'll an attitude. I'm paying up to $10 a morning for food, and a drink, to be repeatedly disappointed.

I only shop the Pataskala Ohio location. I always get the 2 for $6.00 bacon egg and cheese muffins. In the past they have always said “that will be $6.00”. Today was the third time in the last 60 days that they tried charging me $9.68. I said are they no longer 2 for $6.00? The manager on duty said “only when you specify 2 for $6.00. I said if they are 2 for $6.00 then that is how you should ring them up. She said “ we were instructed by corporate to do that”.
I worked retail my whole life before retiring. In both operations and Human Resources.
That is bait and switch and illegal.
