They open at 5am, however they never have more than 3 flavors ready at 5:30. You should be prepared when you open. This is the 4th time in a row. They always blame it on the baker not being ready, looks like you need a new baker
One of the workers in the drive thru area “Tatum” was staring the soul out of me the entire time I was waiting on my door dash order made me feel very uncomfortable and I heard her making comments that I was staring at her. Corporate definitely got a email about this behavior.

Stopped in today to pick up a DoorDash delivery order and once again I overheard one of the workers (Tatum) and the heavy set African American girl (Makayla) make remarks about that’s the guy that roasted us on Facebook and Tatum saying oh you mean the guy that stares when literally I do neither. Now someone in the city made a post about this store and I did leave a comment on it expressing my opinion of the location. So I will be leaving another corporate email as well as a follow up phone call with corporate. Further more of you did your actual job and didn’t have a backed up dining room and drive thru you wouldn’t be concerned about who’s looking at who.
I love how they keep the bathroom clean 😉

I have gone to this Tim Horton’s since living here for 4 years now. The past month I’ve been a couple of times. 3 to be exact. The morning crew has told me I was wrong when I clearly ordered a meal. The guy at the drive thru refused to give me a hash brown and I paid for the full meal and Tim bits. Today was awful. I had terrible news this morning my uncle passed away so I have heartache. The cook behind the counter made my Tim bit order. Checking the box after leaving the line. I went in to let them know my order was wrong. I stated I just left the drive thru line and the Tim but order was wrong. She said wait with an attitude. I stated I would not be in here if there was not a mess up. And I explained I needed to go and want this fixed. She told the cashier at the counter to not wait on me and continue to take orders. I understand there’s a line. But I already waited in the line for over 20 minutes. All I wanted was the right Tim bits. I would order a lot more but my fear is it will be wrong and I will be greeted with Rudeness. Will not come here again. I’m going to Scooters when they open. Not to be rude but I cried at how rude your staff is. The only staff member is I’m assuming your manager. She has been nice to me. To add, have someone do a surprise visit to see where your staff needs adjustment.

Walked in store to dine in. Waited for someone to take our order however the two employees were really busy with mobile orders and drive-thru.
After standing there one of the employees told me there were only two of them so we would get our order faster if we went through the drive thru.
Confused I asked if they were only focusing on drive-thru orders. The employee said it's only door dash inside.
I waited for another moment hoping they would have time to take my order but they never did so I left.
Leaving pretty annoyed and confused.

I stopped in quite often with my two year old son and my five year old son, who both absolutely love the employees at this location. Mckayla is by far or absolute favorite out of everybody at every fast food location. She has a great bright personality goes above and beyond to make sure that the kids are satisfied.Always finds a way to make friendly conversation.Even when busy. And my absolute favorite is my two year old, ran back behind the counter.And instead of getting frustrated, she gave him a tour and showed him how the donuts were made. It made his entire day now.He talks about her every single day.I cannot drive past tim horton's without my son.Trying to make me stop just to see his best friend. You rock Mckayla and deserve a raise

Rude employees! The guy waiting on me had such a bad attitude and was mad I wanted to pick which doughnuts where in my dozen. Everytime I come here it's the same attitude different employees. I showed up at 630am one day and was told they don't make doughnuts until 830am. I never have these problems at other tim Hortons.

We went in there to get Tim bits. The guy who waited on us went in the back, came out and said they only had blueberry and birthday cake. They clearly had others in the front case which is where all other Tim Hortons pull there’s from. I told him we’d take them. He goes back in the back and gets them. We came home , opened them up they looked old and crusty. My daughter and I each tasted one. Yes they tasted as if they were 2 days old. They were disgusting. Paid $6 for them and they went in trash can. That was the Pataskala store. Never go there again!!!!!
I love Tim Hortons the prices and alot of things on the menu but the staff here is terrible. They are yelling at each other constantly and messing around while they are extremely busy and have no sense of urgency. Definitely needs new management who would care even slightly more than who they have right now. It’s sad, usually the food does come out good but the service is what makes it so bad.

I went in during a Saturday busy rush, every staff member was very pleasant despite how busy it was. The food was fresh and delicious and served very fast with huge smiles on everyone's face. My pumpkin spice latte was phenomenal, I WILL be returning for more. Shout out to this location and their positivity!

I was waiting inside for 30 minutes for my family’s breakfast items. We come here most weekends after church. When I asked how much longer it would take, the heavy set black girl with the mole on her chin, whom I’ve never seen before, gave me an attitude. While I was waiting, the white girl with the headset (the manager maybe?) started screaming at a different customer in the drive-thru line over an order? I couldn’t quite make out what was being said, but she stuck her head out and yelled out something followed by “crazy” at the other drive-thru line customers? Not sure what that was all about. Might have to go somewhere else post-church from now on.
