Ran out of eggs at 10 AM. So when they offered to put sausage instead I accepted. Only to find out when I got home they didnt give me the sausage that they offered. These people are always messing up orders and not giving parts of orders

Krispy Kreme cancelled our large 11 dozen order 40 minutes prior to delivery. We called this Tim Hortons and they did a wonderful job of quickly getting all of the doughnuts ready within 40 minutes for pick up! Really amazing service! Thanks for going the extra mile for our associates at DHL supply chain!

There's this guy in the afternoons every now and again who has an attitude like no other. When I came through the drive thru today the window was already opened and heard him cussing up a storm very loud while making my coffee. As I was driving off he was vaping right near the window as well. Not very professional.

Went to the drive thru in pataskala,at 7:30 today.my order didn't come together, then it was wrong, when I said my meal would be cold before I got my drink the server told me to eat it in the drive thru line . the service. Was rude and insulting. The cursant was smashed down the hash browns were put down in the paper bag no slip or covering of any kind.asked for a receipt and was not given one never got my coffee all this went on right in front of the manger and she never said a word .this was my 1st visit there won't be a 2nd one.

Ever wonder why this store isn't very busy? Well, it is because this store is not like other Timmys. For instance, today I though I would give the another try. 15 minutes after they open "Sorry, we don't have any Timbits ready". Lol. Avoid this place. It has sucked for years. HEY OWNER/S....get in your store and see what's happening. Your store is mess. Go to the store in Heath if you want to see what a real Tim Hortons is like.
At 12:40 my wife and I went to Tim Hortons, Pataskala, Ohio for lunch. The store wasn't busy Our order was fine, but we were appalled that an employee was standing by the drive-thru VAPING, yes VAPING. Totally unacceptable in every sense of the word. Additionally, during their "break time", still within ear shot the F-bomb was thrown. I have been a long term customer of this location at Tim Horton's. My family and I for years would get several boxes of doughnuts and ice cap drinks every weekend here. In the past few months I have stopped in on multiple Staturdays between 8-10 am and they are ALWAYS out of 2-4 kinds of doughnuts. Today they were completely out of vanilla dip, chocolate glazed and pumpkin spice after I waited inside for 15+ minutes. Unfortunately this is a very common issue and there are plenty of staff inside working. It's clearly a management issue or inventory/planning issue, none of which are acceptable.

Ima nice person, but after this, I'm traumatized for life now.I am so ? disgusted and never will eat a Timbit again. Drove up to window handed man my card and he had my donut glaze all over his hands and thumb like him and I just don't see that??? As if he just picked up my donuts by his bare hands and left all the evidence. Handed me my drink and had donut glaze on the inside of my cup and partials inside my drink. Called and called and they let phone ring and then just hang up ?? . I have nevaaaa ...!!! Never again!

Always out of hash browns at 10 am on the weekend. They say hash browns take half an hour to cook and are no longer served at 11 so there's no point in cooking more. Well, a bit of advice, if you always run out of hash browns then maybe you should be cooking more to begin with. The bacon is always too floppy or overdone. Croissants on the sandwiches were cold today. ? Get it together guys. You're losing business.
