Placed 2 orders on Dec 11th...Apple pecan salad and a bacon ranch chicken rap...both were horrible...the chicken in both were harder than a brick!! We are done...never again...

Good food good service (Cody) lobby attendant was great he was busy cleaning tables and chairs. He was very polite when we told him our 3 year old great grandson spilled a large drink

Ordered and paid for three FOUR piece chicken fingers. Got home to find I received three THREE piece chicken fingers. I realize mistakes happen, but at $8 a pop, they should be more careful. Tried to file a complaint online but it gave me the run around so I'm posting this review here.

This particular location (about a year ago when I reviewed it) used to be one of my top 3 BEST fast food places, in the US!! EVERYTIME we went there (no matter the time of day) people were so friendly, Food was always fresh, fries were hot,salty and delicious (guaranteed hot fresh fries campaign I believe) burgers weren't soggy or cold, when you went to THIS Wendy's, you KNEW you were going to get a GREAT meal, no matter the wait time, (I put all this on management!!) NOW, complete 180, EVERYTIME, (no matter the time) wait times are awful, fries are soggy, along with the burgers, wilted lettuce, sour pickles, mushy tomatoes, they forget condiments, food items napkins, employees are there to get a paycheck and THATS IT!!! No one there seems to care about the customer (or their store reputation) anymore. I predict this location will close soon. I'm sorry, but, (I put all this on management!!) I've been in customer service & food service for 49 years, THIS location, needs restructuring

so i asked for a regular chicken sandwich with NO tomato and i open my sandwich and there is tomato on it. what would have happened if i was allergic to tomato and yall still put it on?

Jamar1 was friendly taking our order but a little confused on cash transactions. The place was full of smoke from the kitchen area. The female manager on duty at the drive in window had no control over the staff, maybe she was part of the “Redbull” party going on? (Literally multiple cans being passed around)! The noise and loud camaraderie carried over the counter and into the dining room, to the point of being uncomfortable. Maybe that’s why we only first got 2 of the 3 items ordered. Jamar1 was trying to be patient with the grille cook but you could tell the atmosphere was taxing him and the other customers waiting orders. I believe work should be fun, but Dave would not have put up with what we seen tonight!!

The food is as expected. No complaints there. The guy at the register was talkative and super friendly. He did a great job. The thing that gets me is the dinning room. Not very clean. Always out of ketchup. And flies?! The last two times we have gone there, we get continually assaulted by flies in the dining room. It's like a door is being left open somewhere and flies have their run of the place. (I think I might be getting old, but why does everyone have to have air pods in?)

Sat there for 20 minutes an HOUR after opening time and nobody ever took my order. Nobody on morning shift wants to work clearly.
I had order combo meal and paid $12. Didn’t even ask single sauce instead I ask for buffalo sauce. Lady there I guess probably manager charge told me $1 up charge for sauce dam inflation is high enough to pay dollar for sauce at Wendy now.
