Was handed a dirty cup for my drink, which had sticky stuff inside and out. When I requested a new one, they acted like it was coming out of their paycheck.
The stall door in the restroom has no lock, and the restroom hasn't been cleaned in some time judging by the distressed turd streaked toilet.
The sandwich I got was absolutely murdered in mayo and there was catchup in my bag , like someone had just sent a squirt of it errantly into the bag.
What the heck happened? This used to be one of the better locations. Now, this place is a bigger clown show than a McDonalds circus.

I ordered the french stick meal. When I got home both my french sticks and potatoes were hard as a brick. I can tell they were dumped in the fryer from the amount of grease that was on them. I called and requested a "fresh" order. When I got drove back to the store no one was at either window, so I blew my horn. The lady that waiting on me act like I was interrupting her texting on her phone. She opens the window and I showed her how hard my food was, by hitting it on my car, It even sounded hard. She didn't say anything, just took my bag. When she came back with my "fresh" food she still didn't say anything. I asked her "What no apology? and she just closed the window. I will Not purchase anything from this store while she is there. NOTHING!!!

Change your hours to opening at 0730. Not a single light on at 0705 and nobody answering in the drive thru when you can see everyone moving around in the kitchen. Google says they open at 0630.

The last three attempts to get breakfast at this location it has not been open. Also the one today 2/5 at 7:15 I saw people inside but they would not respond. So do not trust their "open" time as it is never consistent.

Burger was cold, Fries were brown and cold and the nuggets were cold. My Coke Zero tasted like water. I also ordered a Frosty but they were cleaning the machine so No Frosty. Last place I ate in 2024.
This place sucks. I pay for this food and every goddamn time they mess it up in ways you wouldn’t even think could happen. I’m allergic to onions and state this everytime I order and yet 98% of the time these idiots give me onions like they want to watch me die… screw Wendy’s I’m so over wasting my goddamn money.

Just updating review as this location seems to be declining fast. Last visit places mobile order, didn't have baked potatoes, substitute fries... Ok, but didn't issue credit for difference. Hair in burger and fries were so salty it made you pucker. Would not recommend

Did a door dash pick up in the parking lot went inside waited for the food I live 3 mins away get home baconater with no bun order was a Dave’s double and all the fries were cold this is horrible service if the employees weren’t messing around with a off the clock co worker maybe they would get the order right what a waste of money

This must be a joke because I ordered a Dave’s double cheeseburger and received a burger with four junior bacon, mini patties on it and instead of the regular cheese that they always use they put shredded cheese on it … This is like one of the biggest insults that I’ve ever received. I’m so surprised that I didn’t go back there and raise hell because that’s an insult and just straight up wrong
