Went in and was greeted with a smile. I ordered a whitser, and it was finished in less than 5 minutes. The inside seats about 20 people, and there is a bathroom. You can order single flavors, make your own, favorites, or have ot blended into a shake. They also have quart and pint sizes available. There is plenty of parking.
Parking: Plenty of parking, there are handicapped spots avaliable.
Kid-friendliness: They have smaller sizes and basic flavors.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a step onto the sidewalk. I dont recall a ramp that was close. Once on the sidewalk, it is accommodating for a wheelchair.

I went there on the last day of the season. They will open back up in January 2024. I purchased several quarts of ice cream. My favorite is Candy Cane this time of year. I have enough for my family until they open back up. The ice cream is so smooth and good. We love it.

Went to whits in Pataskala today. First time going since we moved here in Pataskala in2021. I tried the apple pie vanilla ice cream. It was delicious. It was such a good treat. Ive been told from my niece that the cakes are delicious. My niece even stopped getting Dairy Queen cakes. Because she said whits was so much better. I’ll have to try it one day to see for myself.Also very friendly and helpful if you don’t know much about whits like myself.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Whit's Frozen Custard is! I used them for the dessert at our wedding and it was an absolute hit! They were one of the easiest vendors to work with that we had at the wedding. They made accommodations for us to ensure everything when smoothly due to the lack of a freezer, and more!
