horrible service, manager was not attempting to manage anything. had back to the front the whole time, even though they were struggling.
Ordered our food at 11am for a 12:15 pickup . Got to store and was told we entered 2:15 when we clearly had email confirmation that they were 12:15. The manager said “ we are short staffed and have several orders ahead of you “ I asked him why those were more important when we ordered also . He shut the door on us and would not answer phone . When we ordered 2 pizzas online, the estimated wait/delivery time was 25-35 minutes.. after an hour had passed I called our local store to check on our order. She apologized and said the delivery driver was a few minutes away and our pizza was the next to be delivered, stating it would be no more than 20 minutes.
