Severely messed my order up ordered a large pepperoni and pepperoni cheesy bread and instead of cheesy bread I got a mushroom pizza I was already done for the night and clean had to go back out to fix the mess up I will definitely have second thoughts about ordering here

When we ordered 2 pizzas online, the estimated wait/delivery time was 25-35 minutes.. after an hour had passed I called our local store to check on our order. She apologized and said the delivery driver was a few minutes away and our pizza was the next to be delivered, stating it would be no more than 20 minutes. Another hour goes by and the pizza has still not been delivered (8pm at this point). I called our local store again, asking for an update on our order.. She gave the same update, our pizza was next to be delivered and it would be no more than 20 minutes. Another 20 minutes goes by STILL NO PIZZA. I called back again, frustrated at this point, I asked if our pizza would even be warm at this point, as it had been 2.5 hours since I had ordered it.. she said they could remake our pizza but it would be a longer wait.. I asked if we could have a partial refund instead, because we had kiddos that needed to eat and it was a school night. She told me no, the manager wouldn’t allow a pizza to be delivered AND refunded.. She said if I wanted to speak to the district manager, she could pass along my information - which I agreed for her to do.. after another 20 minutes (almost 3 hours since ordering) we received our cold pizzas. Disgusted by the lack of customer service.

We ordered a pizza for delivery on 1/11/25. Pizza was on the way at approximately 2:15 pm. We didn't receive the pizza until approximately 2:40pm. We only live 2-3 minutes away. When we received our pizza the driver was apologetic and stated he had other deliveries. However, our pizza was lukewarm and all pushed to one side. It was a disaster. We were not pleased with the service this time. Usually they do better. I think we'll give it a rest for awhile.

Total joke of a place, delivering occasionally with badly made pizzas and staff that can't operate the point of sale machines.Additional information; Last night i received the worst made and improperly cooked food EVER. Every crust edge was blown out, multiple bubbles on every piece of pizza. Which lead to pizzas with the outer half, burnt and inedible and all the toppings in the middle. The cheesebread was so underproofed, unstreched that it was white with a yellow tint and unmelted cheese and the dough was COLD in the middle. It was about half the size of a regular order and completely undercooked. This order was so obviously badly made that it could only be called intentional. The driver was holding the pizzas ON THEIR SIDE AS HE DELIVERED. So all the clump of toppings were stuck to the top of the box. I threw out the ENTIRE order. I am now following through with contacting the better business bureau and the health department for serving uncooked food. This place should be shuttered tomorrow and the manager and owner sued.
