Over the course of 4 years this location has stolen over $40 when unable to fulfill online orders. Employees don't even have an explanation. They just say they can do nothing and you cannot get any other answer. When contacting corporate they defer you to local ownership who is unresponsive. This is theft and an unlawful business practice.

I came through the drive thru at 2PM on Wednesday the 15th and had the worst experience possible , I ordered a mcchicken with cheese but to my surprise there was A LONG DARK HAIR IN MY CHEESE WHEN I TOOK A BITE , and the patty itself smelled of burnt oil and when I tried to call the store the manager on shift told me I was lying and that she was busy . Very rude and horrible customer service skills in my opinion, she tried getting me off the phone and told me that the fryer oil was fresh even though you can smell it on the meat , but I guess I was lying about that too. If you zoom into the picture you can see the long dark hair I was apparently lying about .

Took 20 minutes and I was the only customer. Rock hard bun and cold meat patty and fries.
Ordered food then got told to pull ahead. Waited 15 minutes after 4 cars got served first. Then went inside was told I have to wait for mcchickens to cook after I heard one given to the 5th car. Did a quick look got home and no nuggets for the 5 dollar meal. Ran back got those then finally sat down to eat and there was a mcdouble missing. Oh yeah after going back watched the guy that makes sandwiches eating fries right outta the tray with the same gloves on that he made food with. Just as bad as a guy at Wendy's in defiance with his hands in his pants that makes up their fries.

Customer service is great. Sad face because no Carmel macchiato. The workers were friendly, upbeat, smiling at breakfast definitely made my day a little better-thank you!!

Have stopped here before and things went smoothly. So I went with 3 stars. This visit was the total opposite. First drive thru was not busy when we parked. We waited over 10 minutes for a simple curbside order. 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 hash browns and an unsweetened tea. Had to go in to get our food since nobody was coming out with it. The lady inside seemed offended I had come inside and questioned me about it. In the end our hash browns were cooked in old oil and over cooked at that. The sandwiches were cold and my tea was more water than tea. Hopefully our next visit will be what we are more accustomed to.
