I had a great experience at this McDonald's in Paulding they had very great staff that were very nice and they were also very kind patient with me cuz I'm an old lady and they were just very patient with me with getting my app to work but they were very patient which I appreciated

Messes up my order almost every time, if I order 3 burgers I either get 4 or 1 I never get what I say at the speaker even if it gets repeated back to me the quality of food is I mean McDonald’s but you’ll never get what you paid for

went to mcdonald’s for a snack wrap lady taking orders was extremely rude- lazy told us they ran out of cheese and then didn’t have rootbeer or any drink i wanted so we went with watered down coke..(that wasn’t the issue) get all the way home to enjoy my snack wrap to find out the lazy night crew at mcdonald’s put undercooked hamburger instead of chicken in my wrap as well as a crap ton of onions and cheese (they said they didn’t have.)…paulding do better yall expect good pay so do good work . (was the same for both wraps and they refused to answer calls from 10:53pm until today and laughed about it and shrugged it off as normal..! absolutely disgusting service and horrible professionalism/attitude with employees

I asked for fresh meat she smiled then I get to the the second window and the person shoved the food out the window. I hate that kind of service. Where is the old man who was really nice to everyone repeated everything back.

Didn’t even know Paulding had a McDonald’s. The double cheeseburger I got looked so perfect, I couldn’t believe it and it was better than the of the cheeseburgers they sell in my hometown McDonald’s. The employees working at the windows were extremely nice! And for the first time I got service with a smile!
Absolutely slow waited 20 minutes for a sandwich and they weren't even busy

Was told it'd be a 3 to 4 minutes for fries. Waited....only got 3 out 4 nuggets and fries were definitely old!!!! Don't lie man! If you're running behind, just be honest!! And don't steal my NUGGETS

Over the course of 4 years this location has stolen over $40 when unable to fulfill online orders. Employees don't even have an explanation. They just say they can do nothing and you cannot get any other answer. When contacting corporate they defer you to local ownership who is unresponsive. This is theft and an unlawful business practice.
