Didn't get cheese with half of my order (and paid extra for it). Over half the order was wrong. All the chips were crumbs. Food was cold. Some of the food didn't have meat in it. All the food was smashed. The customer service was awful and got yelled at. (Bigger guy with tongue piercings) Quesadilla was not double grilled. Not the first time this has happened honestly, we even got told they were closed 30 minutes before they actually closed! We could hear them whispering about telling eachother to tell us they were closed.

Employees dont approve of the amount that you order even when you warn them upfront that its kind of large. Employee rude so I left. My bill was probably more than his wages for his shift. Two 12 pack tacos and 2 quesodillas isn't even that large of an order anyways.

Worst service I've ever had ordered a 5 layer burrito with only meat shredded cheese n nacho cheese they put sour cream on it I called n told them they messed up my order I said its suppose to have meat shredded cheese n nacho cheese well go to pick it up and the girl asked me at the window no sour cream I said yes only meat shredded cheese n nacho cheese get it home and it had beans on it I called again I said u all messed up my order the manager said the girl asked u at the window I said I told her only meat cheese n nacho cheese I told the manager u all didn't read my order and I showed her it on my phone totally uncalled for
You guys in Paulding need to get it together! Alot of the sales come from disability or seniors checks.. please be respectful when you come through as we all don't live based of how you feel!

Apparently they can't do drive thru and inside orders at the same time this is my second time here that this happened was told they are not taking orders in drive thru cause they have orders inside had to wait like 20 min

The food is delicious, and the service is extremely sweet and nice. I love coming here with friends and family.
I was charged almost $50 for 6 chicken soft tacos, 2 supreme tacos, and 1 drink. Both nachos I paid for were missing. The 6 chicken soft tacos were dry, and barely there! Only 1 got eaten. We threw the rest out. This was my first and last time there. Watch their charging! They're ripping people off there.
