They did mess up my order and when I called the female manager was rude. However when I got back to the store another manger (josh)was helping us he told the kitchen that they didn't put the beef on the the nachos. And had them remake the food and even gave us a snack to apologize. Mistakes happen but when you have the right people in management things are made right. Have Josh train all your management on people skills.

Apparently they skipped right past my order and had to re-add it. Never even planned on making it. Waited a half and hour for 3 things. The Taco Bell in van wert can get 5 or 6 cars through in the time they took to get my

Pretty sure this missed the main part of nachos! No cheese! The lady at the window couldn’t even talk! No hi no have a great day. Nothing! She wouldn’t even reach fully out the window so I had to go go gadget my arm to grab my food and drink. Very disappointing! I was excited for a Taco Bell this close to my home. But sadly the customer service in this world just no longer exists.

Waited 45 min for 2 bean and cheese burritos. Was supposed to get a loco taco as well but they forgot it. I thought McDonald's had a ridiculous wait time. I was wrong. Get yourselves together taco bell.
