accused my daughter of stealing after I sent her with the receipt to get our cups after failing to give us our cups and failing to check the receipt then proceeded to talk trash behind the counter and also followed us outside while we were trying to leave and harassed us
The only thing that would improve this McDonald's would be new management. This manager is terrible. Rude. Condescending. Inefficient. There is NEVER anything good to say about this location, which is sad because its a prime location. The line is always backed out to the main road (not because they're just so busy, but because they're just that slow), the wait is always long, orders are never correct, and management continues as if this is all acceptable practice.
